【摘要】 随着工业化和现代化进程的不断加快,人类面临的生态环境日趋恶化,已严重威胁到人类的生存和发展。如何应对生态危机,成为世界各国关注的热点和焦点,人类需不断探寻科学发展之路。作为一种独立的文明形态的生态文明,其理论体系内涵丰富,涵盖了经济、政治、文化、社会等诸方面。武陵山片区在国家确定的新一轮扶贫攻坚的全国11个集中连片特困地区中具有特殊性和典型性,生态文明建设乃重中之重。因此,理性构建生态文明建设的总体框架,力促高起点规划和建设,这是武陵山片区实现全面建成小康社会新目标的需要,是武陵山片区实现建设“两型社会”新任务的需要,是武陵山片区实现人民过上幸福美好生活、建设美丽武陵山新愿景的需要,更是中华民族实现长治久安和中国梦的需要,在全国有着特殊的战略意义和重要的理论与现实意义。全文的主要观点:第一,生态文明建设相关概述,概述了生态文明建设兴起的背景、基本内涵和主要特征、武陵山片区生态文明建设的战略意义。第二,探寻武陵山片区生态文明建设的理论基础和依据,从马克思恩格斯生态文明建设思想、中国共产党主要领导人生态文明建设思想、中国古代朴素的生态文明建设思想、西方社会生态文明建设理论借鉴等方面加以阐述;第三,科学分析武陵山片区生态文明建设的现实困境,从面临的问题、制约因素等方面阐述。第四,武陵山片区生态文明建设的战略构建,主要从战略指引、战略原则、战略抓手等维度来分析。第五,武陵山片区生态文明建设的具体对策是本文的核心内容,主要从发展高效的生态经济、强化协同的生态政治、建设独特的生态文化、构建和谐的生态社会、构筑优美的生态环境等方面阐述。基于时代的发展和武陵山片区地处特殊地域,具有特殊区情、特殊地位、特殊需求来研究片区的生态文明建设,提出自己的见解和思考。一是从选题上看,研究角度具有一定的创新性,将地处集中连片特困区这一特殊地域的武陵山片区和作为中国重大战略机遇的生态文明建设融入研究。二是结合“四个全面”战略布局来论述生态文明建设,具有时代气息。三是运用马克思主义的基础理论与基本观点、基本方法研究现实问题,结合武陵山片区生态文明建设的现实困境提出战略构建和具体对策,以促进我国的生态文明建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous acceleration of industrialization and modernization, human beings are facing with the deteriorating ecological environment which is a serious threat to human’s survival and developments. How to deal with the ecological crisis has become a hot focus to the world, human beings need constantly to explore the scientific ways of development.The theory of ecological civilization,as an independent form of civilization, includes ample contents covering all aspects of economy, politics, culture, and society.Wuling Mountain area is one of the newly state-determined 11 the anti-poverty contiguous area;the construction of ecological civilization is the top priority. The overall framework for the rational construction of ecological civilization construction and urging the starting point of planning and construction are the requirements of achieving a comprehensive well-off society,building a new "two-oriented society" needs,people’s happy life and a new vision of Wuling Mountain.Moreover,it is the requirements of Chinese nation to achieve long-term stability and the China Dream.All these above,have a special strategic significance and important theoretical and practical significance.The full text of the main points: firstly, the construction of ecological civilization, related summary overview of the construction of ecological civilization, the rise in the background, basic content and main features of the strategic significance of Wuling Mountain area of ecological civilization construction.
