基于DIC的材料机械性能测量关键技术研究

【摘要】 数字图像相关(Digital Image Correlation, DIC)方法是一种可以实现全场非接触测量的方法,因此被广泛应用于机械制造、航空航天、材料性能研究等领域,是实现不同环境下材料变形全场在线实时测量的有力工具。耐高温材料在高温情况下的机械力学性能测量,对航空航天飞行器材料和结构的可靠性评定、寿命预测以及安全设计至关重要,而获取材料表面高温情况下的准确的变形和应变场信息是对其机械性能研究的关键和基础。论文中利用计算机模拟散斑图分析比较了几种经典的整像素及亚像素相关搜索方法。通过对相机投影模型的理论推导,利用标定板对相机进行二维标定得到x,y方向的畸变系数及像素大小与物理空间之间的换算关系。为了减小高温测量环境下热辐射光、噪声及振动对测量结果的影响,论文提出了紫外光DIC高温热变形测量方法和灰度平均方法,并在1000℃高温条件下,利用本文搭建的高温测量系统进行了紫外光和普通光源照明的对比实验和光谱分析,验证了以上两种方法的有效性。基于Visual Studio 2010开发了一套数字图像相关测量软件,搭建了数字图像相关测量系统,并利用该系统进行实际应用测量实验,包括:刚体位移实验、拉伸弹性应变集中实验。实验结果表明,开发的数字图像相关测量系统和软件可以实现数字图像相关测量的各项功能。

【Abstract】 Digital image correlation(DIC) method has the advantages of full-field and non-contact measurement, which is widely used in machinery manufacturing, aerospace, materials and other fields. It is a powerful tool of the realization for real-time measurement of the deformation of the online materials under different environment. Mechanical properties measurement of high temperature materials under high temperature are very crucial to reliability evaluation, life prediction and security design of the spacecraft material and structure. Therefore, obtain accurate deformation and strain field information of high temperature material surface is the key and basic research on its mechanical property.In the thesis, the computer simulated speckle pattern was used to analyze and compare several classical integer pixel and sub-pixel correlation search method. Through theoretical derivation of the camera projection model, the camera was calibrated using the calibration board to obtain the distortion coefficient in the x, y direction and the conversion relationship between the pixel size and physical space. In high temperature measurement, in order to reduce the influence of surface radiation effect and the effect of noise and vibration, the paper presented an UV illumination DIC measurement method and an average gray method. Using the high temperature measurement system which was developed in this thesis, the effectiveness of these methods has been proved by the experiments data at high temperature of 1000℃ and the spectral analysis results.A set of DIC measurement software was developed based on Visual Studio 2010, and a DIC measurement system was developed to do actual measuring experiments which include rigid body displacement test, and the stress concentration test. The experimental results show that the DIC measurement system and software can achieve various measurement functions.
