ZJ金融控股公司发展战略研究

【摘要】 受国际环境影响,兼及国内的特殊因素,中国地方性金融控股企业在数量上迅速增加,但其存在的问题、蕴含的风险,特别是发展的可持续性成为理论和实践研究的热点。因此,从战略管理的角度,基于理论研究的最新成果和中国的特殊因素,为地方性金融控股公司的发展设计战略及其实施路径显得非常重要和紧迫。本文运用战略管理理论和相关分析工具,较为全面地剖析了国有独资地方性金融控股企业ZJ金融控股公司的内外部环境,分析了公司自身的优势和存在的不足,针对公司未来的战略目标,制定了未来的战略建议,并根据战略建议,提出了实施方案和保障措施。论文认为,ZJ金融控股公司作为国有独资地方性金融控股公司,一方面应充分利用政策资源和特定的政府资源的投入,积极介入结构转型、兼并收购、资产重组,另一方面应加快公司组织结构转型和再造,利用资产管理和处置的业务优势,培育一批精通投行业务的专业化人才队伍,最终以市场化的金融产品和服务,为公司提供新的利润来源,保证公司的创新机制和可持续发展,向“仿投行”方向发展。本文所分析的ZJ金融控股公司的现状、问题、原因及设计的战略目标,对国内众多的地方性金融控股公司(包括地方政府融资平台)的转型与发展,具有借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Impacted by international economic environment and special issues in the domestic market, the local financial holding companies increases significantly in China, but the existing issues, potential risks especially the sustainability of development of such institutions became a hot topic for theoretical and practical researches. Therefore, from the strategic management point of view, it is very important and urgent to design the strategy and implementation method with latest foundlings of research and Chinese characteristics.This Article used the strategic management theory and related analysis tools, comprehensively analyze the inside and outside surroundings of solely state owned local financial holding corporate ZJ., it indicated the advantage and disadvantage of the company and provides the strategic suggestion for the future development. This article indicated that as a solely state owned local financial holding corporate, ZJ should utilize the resources generated by national policies and investment from government and actively participate the structural reform, mergers in the market and capital restructure; on the other hand ZJ should accelerate the internal organizational reform, utilize the business advantage such as capital management and settlement, nurture a group of specialists who knows investment bank practices very well and finally generate the profits with financial products and services. Therefore it can ensure the innovation system and sustainable development of the company and form a path of "Investment Bank Imitation".The analyze on the current status, problems, reason for the issues and the strategic target for company ZJ will provide good reference for the transformation and development of many solely state owned local financial holding corporate (including local government financing platform).更多还原
