【摘要】 目的:探讨益气活血新加方治疗气虚血瘀型糖尿病足患者的临床研究。方法:将60例气虚血瘀型糖尿病足患者随机分为治疗组(30例,益气活血新加方合并凯时组)和对照组(30例,单用凯时组),观察两组治疗前后中医症候、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、踝肱比及血管内皮舒张功能和周围神经传导速度的变化情况。结果:临床中医症候疗效总有效率治疗组为86.67%,对照组为70.00%,两组皆有显著疗效,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);两组均显著改善总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、踝肱比、血管内皮舒张功能和周围神经传导速度,治疗前后两组皆有显著差异性(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。试验期间未见明显不良反应。结论:益气活血新加方在改善糖尿病足患者的症状体征方面有很好疗效,能有效改善总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、踝肱比、血管内皮舒张功能和周围神经传导速度,且安全性高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yiqi Huoxue Xinjia Fang on the Qixu Xueyu patients with diabetic foot.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases,with Chinese Medicine and Alprostadil Injection for eight months) and control group(30cases, with medicinal Alprostadil Injection for eight months).The changes of TCM symptoms, total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein(LDL-C), ankle-brachial ratio and ebdothelium diastolic function and peripheral nerve conduction velocity were observed before and after treatment. Results: The total effective rate of TCM clinical in the treatment group was 86.67%,the control is 70.0%, both groups a significant effect in the treatment group than the control group respectively,before and after treatment there were significant differences(P<0.05). The two groups were significantly improved total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, ankle-brachial ratio and ebdothelium diastolic function and peripheral nerve conduction level.with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The two groups treatment group than the control group, there were significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Xinjia Fang have a good effect in improving the signs and symptoms in Qixu Xueyu patients with diabetic foot.Can effectively improve the level of total cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, ankle-brachial ratio,and ebdothelium diastolic function and peripheral nerve conduction velocity,and safe.更多还原
