【摘要】 在工业化与信息化深度融合的时代背景下,各行业组织、地方机构及企业通过组建行业性或区域性联盟组织,实现“产用合作,以用兴业”。本文针对全国离散制造业信息技术应用服务联盟的评价及管理问题,阐述了以动态联盟理论作为本论文的理论基础,研究了联盟成员评价指标体系及合作运营管理模式等内容。动态联盟作为一种创新型组织形式,其高度的协同性及具有发展的动态性特征明显优于其他组织类型。本文首先在分析了离散联盟的产业发展特征和影响因素的基础上,重点论述了当前联盟所面临的管理方面问题,并系统解析了主要问题的构成原因和相关解决途径。同时,综合阐述了联盟的理论体系,联盟成员评价体系和合作运营模式三方面的重点内容。其次针对联盟成员评价指标体系的构建,归纳出以核心能力和技术优势为主体的两大类共八项联盟成员评价指标,通过专家打分法和问卷调查法,初步建立了基于离散制造服务联盟的盟员评价指标体系。同时该体系统一采用层次分析法将各项指标进行两两比较得出相对权重值并且对指标进行了一致性检验。最后本文研究了利用联合运营、成果转化,共享信息等形式,对于联盟合作运营的管理内容和方式的探讨。本文的研究成果对于以产业服务为宗旨的合作联盟或组织提供了一定的实践借鉴价值,有助于产学研用合作模式及联盟协调管理工作的有效开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Every industry organization, regional institutions and enterprises established unions in owned industry or region under the background of information technology harmonizing well, reached the aim "research and apply unified, apply lead industry prosperous ". The paper focused on creation and management of Information Technology application Service unions of national discrete industry. researched the theory of dynamic unions, the standards for unions members, and the model of cooperating operation management.Dynamic alliance, as a kind of innovative organization form, and with its highly collaborative development dynamic characteristics is better than other tissue types. Based on the analysis of the discrete alliance based on the problems facing, comprehensive expounds the theoretical system of the alliance, alliance members three evaluation system, the cooperation model. Focus on the construction of evaluation index system of alliance members, sums up the core competence and technical advantages for the main two kinds big leaguer evaluation index, and the methods of expert scoring and questionnaire survey, through the field and questionnaire investigation, preliminary based on discrete manufacturing services alliance member enterprise evaluation index model. At the same time of all kinds of index weight by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) assignment, and put forward the rationality analysis of the process. Finally this paper studies the use of joint operations, achievements, sharing information, for the operation of the alliance cooperation management content and way. Service in the industry for the purpose of this study of cooperative alliance or organization, provides a certain reference value to production, with the cooperation pattern and alliance coordination management work.更多还原
