企业能源管理系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 改革开放以来,我国大多数时期均处于能源供应紧张的状况,增加能源产品的产能、保障供应一直是能源工作的主要任务。当前我国经济增长方式较为粗放,在生产技术水平较低的条件下,单纯依靠增加生产要素的投入量来提高产量或产值。这种经济发展方式在很大程度上是靠能源资源的高投入、高消耗来拉动的,甚至是以牺牲环境为代价的发展,这严重限制了我国可持续发展战略的实施。为此,国家提出了创建资源节约型经济社会的建设目标。那么如何利用信息化手段,在最大节约化能源投入的前提下,提高能源利用率,降低企业能源成本,同时达到收益最大化,并且履行社会责任,是企业在近年来追求的目标。本文概述了企业能源管理系统的研究与设计。首先详细分析了用能企业在能源管理信息化中的业务需求,从领导者、中层管理者及基础专工的角度进行业务划分。在此基础上,进行了总体规划、架构设计、数据库设计等。利用管理学中PDCA循环(又叫质量环)通用模型,以企业供配电能效分析为起点,建立能效模型库,将企业管理节能与技术节能相结合,采用组件化、多态化的软件技术,通过一体化企业级系统的应用集成,设计出了一套具备企业用能实时监测、分析与综合诊断决策功能的软件系统。为企业及时发现用能管理盲点、挖掘节能潜力,提升企业能源管理水平,实现经济用能提供支撑。

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up, China’s most periods are in the situation of energy supply, energy products increased productivity, security of supply has been a major task of the energy work. China’s economic growth is more extensive in the lower level of production technology conditions, relying solely on an increase in volume of production factors to improve the yield or value. This economic development is largely relying on high input, high consumption of energy resources to pull even at the expense of the environment for the development of a cost, which severely limits the implementation of China’s sustainable development strategy. Therefore, the state proposed the creation of a resource-saving economic and social development goals. So how through the use of information technology tools in the context of the maximum savings of energy inputs, improve energy efficiency, reduce energy costs while maximizing benefits and social responsibility, corporate targets in recent years in pursuit.This paper outlines the research and design of enterprise energy management systems. F First, a detailed analysis of energy companies in the energy management of information technology in business requirements, conduct business is divided from the leader, middle managers and professionals working in the perspective of the foundation. On this basis, the overall planning, architecture design, database design. The use of management science PDCA cycle (also known as quality ring) general model to analyze the energy efficiency of supply and distribution companies as a starting point to build energy-efficient model library, the business management of energy-saving and energy-saving technology combined with the use of component-based, multi-state of software technology through the integration of enterprise application integration system, designed with a set of real-time enterprise energy monitoring, analysis and decision-making functions of the comprehensive diagnostic software system. For businesses to discover energy management blind spots, tap the energy potential, enhance corporate energy management level, to provide support for economic use.
