【摘要】 医院作为医疗卫生服务的主要提供者,是实施社会保障制度的重要阵地,关系到广大人民群众的身体健康。就目前来看,医疗资源总体分布不均衡。好的医疗资源大多数集中在大、中城市中的大医院,尽管医院非常注重环境建设,但仍然难以满足患者的需求。随着城区面积的扩大以及城区人口的连年增加,医院的服务半径及服务人口也不断增多,现有城区医院解决患者看病难的矛盾凸显,为此,在城市发展的新区规划建设新的医院,以提升服务能力建设,体现党和政府对人民群众的关心,是一项惠及民生的民心工程。本文首先介绍了医院建筑质量控制管理理论概述,在理论学习的基础上,结合目前实际情况和工程实践经验进行妇幼专科医院建筑项目的总体分析,以及具体举例对A门诊楼建设案例分析。最后,把理论方法融入到其质量管理的实践中,针对工程质量实际出现的问题,说明理论方法的应用和有效性,将质量管理与控制的研究理论应用到工程项目实际中,从几个方面讲述提高医院建设效益的措施。医院建设是一项复杂的系统工程,每一部分都牵涉到建设工程质量。本文通过J市妇幼专科医院楼工程实例,经过调研分析和研究,针对目前医院建筑工程施工项目质量管理所存在的一些问题,提出了改进性的建议。为改善J市医疗服务条件,促进J市医疗事业健康快速发展,有效改善人民日益增长的医疗卫生需求与医院诊疗服务能力有限之间的矛盾提供了有效的建议。为我国建筑工程质量控制的发展和正在大规模建设的其他医院建筑工程项目提供了正确决策和科学管理的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hospitals as the main provider of medical and health services, is one of the important position, implementing the social security system is related to the broad masses of the people’s health. With the enlargement of the urban area and urban population in successive years increases, the hospital service radius and the population is also growing service, solve the existing city hospital patients of contradictions, therefore, in the new district planning and construction of new urban development hospital, in order to enhance service ability construction, embodies the party and the government of the people’s concern, is a morale project benefit the livelihood of the people.This article first introduces the introduction to the theory of hospital construction quality control management overview [theory], on the basis of theoretical study, combining the actual situation and the engineering practical experience in women and children hospital construction project of the overall analysis, as well as specific examples of outpatient service building A case analysis.
