【摘要】 现如今世界经济正由传统的农业经济和工业经济向知识经济转变,科技发展日新月异,国家和民族的兴旺发展对科教事业的依靠程度更为加大。随着全球一体化的不断深化,面对日益激烈的国际竞争格局,越来越多的国家和地区认识到培养人才和开发人力资本的重要性,这些国家和地区逐渐把发展教育、开发人力资源作为重要的国家战略。在本文中,以国内外相关理论和文献为基础,结合江西的实际情况,对人力资本与产业发展现状关系展开分析,在增长回归框架下,本文以2003-2013年江西各地区数据为基础,从江西全省研究人力资本对产业结构优化升级的影响。通过本文的理论与实证分析,得出以下结论:江西的产业结构存在较大的偏离,各地区产业结构存在较大的差异;江西的人力资本总量不断增加,但是人力资本总量和内部结构存在结构失衡和区域分布的差异;人力资本总量与第一、第二和第三产业存在明显的正相关性,并且得到统计的显著支持;人力资本内部结构分布失衡会制约江西省产业结构的升级发展;对外开放度、基础设施、政府支出规模和城乡收入差距等控制变量对不同产业的影响存在较大的差异。结论表明,人力资本水平的提升及结构的优化有利于江西省产业结构的转型与升级,形成未来我省持续、稳定发展的强大动力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The world is transition from the traditional agricultural economy and industrial economy to the era of knowledge economy, science and technology advances,the rapid development of the knowledge economy,national prosperity, national prosperity is more dependent on the development of education and science and technology than ever before。With the deepening of globali zation and i nternational competition,more and more countries and regions are recognizi ng the importance of personnel traini ng and development of human capital,these countries and regions are developi ng the education and human resources as an important national strategy。In this paper, the study is based on the relevant literature, combi ned with the actual situation of Jiangxi Province,described the status quo of human capital and i ndustrial deve lopment i n all regions of Jiangxi,the article in the growth regression framework with 2003-2013 Jiangxi regional dynamic panel data,from Jiangxi province to study the impact of human capital of the province and its structure of i ndustrial structure upgrad e。Through theoretical and empirical analysis of this paper,the followi ng conclusions: there is a big deviation in the i ndustrial structure,and there is a big difference in the industrial structure of each region;the total human capital is i ncreasing i n Jiangxi province,but the amount of human capital and the internal structure imbalance i n the structural and regional distribution;the human capital has a positive correlation with the first,second and third industry,and has been significantly supported by s tatistics;the imbalance i n the distribution of the internal structure of human capital will be restricted to upgrade the development of industrial structure i n Jiangxi;there is a big difference in the impact of openness,infrastructure,government spending a nd the i ncome gap between urban and rural areas for different i ndustries。Conclusion shows that the optimal level of human capital and the structure is helpful for the transformation and upgradi ng of the industrial structure i n Jiangxi province,it is helpful to promote the rapid sustainable development of economy in our province。更多还原
