基于寿命匹配的主动再制造优化设计方法

【摘要】 面对日益严峻的资源环境问题,再制造工程的发展具有十分重要的应用价值。由于再制造毛坯的不确定性,传统被动再制造技术发展瓶颈难以克服,本文提出了能够有效减少毛坯不确定性影响的主动再制造模式,并重点研究了主动再制造设计思路、寿命匹配概念及基于各层次寿命匹配的优化设计方法,最终确定产品主动再制造时机。首先,分析再制造与产品服役周期间关系,具体阐述了主动再制造的内涵及其主要特征。通过分析产品失效率“浴盆曲线”,提出了主动再制造时机选择机制,以发动机曲轴为例,介绍了零件失效状态评估方法,并说明相对被动再制造改进之处。以主动再制造思想为基础,提出主动再制造设计理念和基本方法。其次,提出寿命匹配层次分析法,从疲劳寿命角度构建“产品-关键零部件-特征结构”对应关系模型,运用模拟退火法进行算法实现,依次通过零件层寿命匹配、结构层寿命匹配和产品层寿命匹配确定零部件最佳匹配寿命值和产品整机服役寿命,综合考虑二者关系,确定主动再制造时机。结果表明,被动再制造时机往往在产品偶发故障期末段,零部件可再制造性较差,而主动再制造能够预先设计产品关键零部件服役寿命,得到最佳匹配组合,结合整机性能主动确定再制造时机,有效避免毛坯不确定对再制造的影响。零件层寿命匹配方法能够确定关键零部件最佳匹配寿命,结构层寿命匹配优化设计有效帮助关键零部件达到最佳匹配寿命,最后通过基于产品层寿命匹配方法分析整机服役性能,综合分析确定产品主动再制造时机。

【Abstract】 Facing with the increasingly serious resource and environmental issues, the development of remanufacturing engineering is of great application value. As the uncertainty of remanufacturing blanks, the bottleneck of traditional passive remanufacturing technology is difficult to overcome, proactive remanufacturing which can effectively reduce the uncertainties is put forward in this paper..And focus on the proactive remanufacturing design, and optimizated design based on the time matching, finally the timing of proactive remanufacturing is determined.First, the relationship between remanufacturing with service cycles is analyzed, the meaning and main features of proactive remanufacturing are explained.The proactive remanufacturing timing mechanism is put forward based on the failure rate "bathtub curve".The failure condition assessment method is studied and the advantages of proactive remanufacturing are explained with the engine crankshaft as an example.Further,the proactive remanufacturing design is discussed.Secondly, time matching analytic hierarchy process is built to study the relationship among "product-key components-characteristic structure "from the perspective of the fatigue life.Using the simulated annealing method to realize time matching of the components,and then best life match of component and service of product are determined by life match of component, structure and product step by step.And at last relationship between components with the product is studied to determine the timing of the proactive remanufacturing..The results showed that:Reactive remanufacturing timing is often at the ending of occasional failure region, the components are poor to be remanufactured.And proactive remanufacturing can pre-designed the key components of the product, even get the best match combination, combined the overall performance to determine the remanufactruing timing effectively, avoiding the impact of blanks’uncertainty on the remanufactruing. Time matching of the components can determine the best match life of key component, the life match optimize design of structure make the components match the best match life.Then the performance of the product can be known by product life match method to determine what is the best timing to do remanufacturing.
