【摘要】 近年来,“非物质文化遗产”这一新生概念不断的进入人们的视线,非物质文化遗产受到了越来越强的重视,世界范围内更是掀起了研究和申报“非遗”的热潮。非物质文化遗产有着深厚的传统文化内涵,有着多方面重要价值,是我们无形的精神财富,是滋养中华民族灵魂的根脉。然而,随着现代化、全球化进程的加快和外来文化的冲击,我国传统的文化表现形式日益受到了威胁,许多优秀的非物质文化遗产正面临消失的危险。虽然我国政府非常重视对非物质文化遗产的保护和传承工作,也先后出台了许多政策和措施来应对,但依然存在很多问题。武汉市有着独特的地理位置和良好的区位优势,荆楚文化内涵深厚,并兼容南北文化,有着丰富的非物质文化遗产资源。这些宝贵的非物质文化遗产不仅很好地体现了武汉的城市精神,同时也是我们这座城市区别其它城市最富个性魅力的标识。然而,武汉市的非物质文化遗产传承和保护工作同全国其它城市一样,也面临着严峻的形势。对武汉非物质文化遗产进行研究,制定出相应的科学合理的措施,对其进行妥善的保护和利用,使其得到良好的传承和发展,是摆在人们面前的一项重要工作。本文首先对非物质文化遗产和武汉非物质文化遗产相关概念理论进行了研究和梳理；其次对武汉非物质文化遗产的资源和传承人情况进行了概述；然后对其文化内涵进行挖掘,分析其文化特点、价值和地位作用；接下来研究了武汉非物质文化遗产传承和发展的现状和存在的问题；最后探讨了武汉非物质文化遗产发展和传承的对策和路径,针对不同种类的非遗提出了具体的传承和发展建议,并选取了武汉市3个不同的“非遗”案例进行剖析。其中对武汉非物质文化遗产传承和发展对策的研究是重点。通过以上的研究,希望能对武汉非遗传承保护和发展利用的学术研究起到一些补益作用。同时,希望在对国内外其它地区非遗的保护和发展模式经验借鉴的基础上,探索一些适合武汉非遗发展的模式和途径,以期有助于提高人们对武汉非遗的认识,以期更好地对武汉市的非遗加以保护和发展利用,从而有助于提升武汉城市形象和城市品位,保护我们共有的文化遗产。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the new concept of "intangible cultural heritage" constantly into the line of sight of people, intangible cultural heritage is valued by the growing worldwide but also raised the research and reporting "intangible" boom. Intangible cultural heritage has profound traditional culture connotation and many important value, is our invisible spiritual wealth,and the skeleton of nourish the soul of the Chinese nation.However, with the speeding up of the modernization and globalization process and the impact of foreign culture, our country traditional culture form have been increasingly threatened, many excellent intangible cultural heritage is in danger of disappearing. Although our government attaches great importance to the protection of intangible cultural heritage and passing on work, also successively introduced many policies and measures to deal with, but still exist smany problems.Wuhan has a unique geographical location and good location advantages, not only the connotation of "jing chu" culture is profound, but also be influenced by theNorth-South culture, has a wealth of intangible cultural heritage resources. These precious intangible cultural heritage is not only well embodies the spirit of wuhancity, but also is the most charming city character different from other cities. However, the inheritance and protection work of intangible cultural heritage in wuhan is faced with severe situation as well as other cities in our country.To Study wuhan’s intangible cultural heritage, formulate the corresponding scientific and reasonable measures, then protect and ues properly with a good heritage and development, is an important task in front of people.Firstly, this article studies and combs the related theory and concepts of intangible cultural heritage and wuhan’s intangible cultural heritage; Second, the resources and inheritance situation of wuhan’s intangible cultural heritage are summarized; Then unearth its cultural connotation, analyze its cultural characteristic and the value and the function; Next, study the current situation and problems in the process of inheritance and the development of wuhan’ intangible cultural heritage; Finally, discusse the strategies and paths of inheritance and development,put forward concrete Suggestions for the inheritance and development of different types of intangible cultural heritage in wuhan. And selecte three different case to analysis. The research of countermeasures to inherit and develope wuhan’ intangible cultural heritage is the key.Through the above research,I hope can take some tonic effect to the academic research for inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage in wuhan.At the same time, We should draw on the experience of other areas at home and abroad,then explore some development model and way for intangible cultural heritage in wuhan,which will help raise people’s awareness of protecting intangible cultural heritage and better protect and develop it.Then to improve the city image and urban-grade of wuhan, and protect our common cultural heritage.更多还原
