某工程地下室顶板裂纹开展形态分析研究

【摘要】 随着我国建设事业的蓬勃发展,停车位不足、商业空间不足等现象促进了我们对各种建筑地下空间的利用,催生了大型地下室的使用。随着地下室的建设面积越来越大,许多大型地下室易产生的病害逐渐暴露出来。本文研究的内容围绕着某实际工程实例,对大型地下室后浇带封闭时间及影响地下室顶板裂缝形态的各种因素进行分析,并研究其病害成因。本文主要的研究内容包括:利用midas FEA等工具,得到工程整体受力特点后,在细部板块分析中,设定多个后浇带封闭时间,研究后浇带与先浇部分的混凝土龄期差对后浇带抵抗收缩徐变的效果的影响,可以发现封闭时间越晚,对板块正常使用阶段的长期表现越有利。此外还研究了影响裂缝开展形态的后浇带设置、温度、沉降等因素分别作用时形成的裂缝模式特点,如设置后浇带使裂缝开展更为均匀、温度骤降易引起板顶裂纹、沉降引起的裂纹于沉降侧较为集中等。各种因素形成的裂缝形态都有各自的规律,由此得到的结论还可推广至更多的工程实例中。最后应用前文分析得到的结果,对“怡景苑”工程病害的成因进行了初步的分析,并对本工程中的裂缝问题的预防和修补提出了一些建议,并为同类工程提供参考借鉴。

【Abstract】 Along with the flourish development of construction in China, the phenomenon of the shortage of parking spaces, commercial space shortage promoted our use of the underground space of various buildings, which spawned the use of large basements. With the construction area of the basement getting bigger, many frequently occurred disease of large basement s gradually exposed. The content of this paper revolves around a practical engineering example, researching various factors of the large basement roof cracks and post-cast strip closure time, and studying the causes of disease. The main research contents of this paper include:The use of software like MIDAS FEA, after getting the project overall stress characteristics, in the plate analysis in detail, we set a plurality of post-cast strip closure time, to study the effect of concrete age after pouring belt on the resisting shrinkage an creep phenomenon of concrete. We can find when the closed time is long, the long-term performance of the plate in regular service stage is more favorable. The characteristics of crack model was also studied with factors like setting of post-cast strip, temperature and settlement. We could know some conclusion such as setting the post pouring belt so that the crack is more uniform, the temperature drop tend to cause the plate top cracks, settlement crack in settlement side is more concentrated etc.. Fracture morphology of various factors all have their own rules, some of the conclusion also can be extended to more engineering example. At last, the analysis results is used on investigating causes of disease "Yi Jing Yuan "project, and making some suggestions of prevention and repair of the crack problem in this project. This also provide a reference for similar projects.
