二维码管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 与一维条码相比,二维条码具有独特的优势,凭借其在实际使用过程中的高可靠性、较强的纠错性能、更大的数据容量和较高的安全性等优点,使得二维条码在生产和生活中得到广泛的推广和使用。二维码管理系统,将目前最流行的二维码技术引入到系统中,并采用J2EE作为系统的开发平台。二维码管理系统采用多层结构的方式来设计:表现层,控制层,业务逻辑层和数据访问层。其中表现层提供了用于与系统进行交互的界面;控制层提供了各层之间的信息的收集和转换;逻辑层提供用于与系统进行交互的界面;数据访问层提供了数据库操作的接口。系统主要包括会议签到模块,优惠券模块,投票模块和系统用户管理模块。会议签到模块主要负责会议的签到管理,包括三方面的信息管理:会议管理,与会人员管理和签到统计。会议管理主要用于管理会议的基本信息。与会人员管理主要用于管理与会人员的信息。签到统计对会议的签到结果进行统计,并形成Excel报表。优惠券模块主要负责企业发起的优惠活动的管理,包括两方面的信息管理:会员信息管理和电子凭证管理。会员信息管理主要用于管理会员信息。电子凭证管理主要是向会员发送包含二维码图片的优惠信息,并对这些电子凭证进行管理。投票模块主要负责对投票管理,包括两方面的信息管理:投票者信息管理和结果统计管理。投票者信息管理提供了参与选举活动的人员信息的管理,向参与投票的人员发送包含二维码图片的彩信信息。结果统计管理主要是对各个候选人的得票结果进行统计。系统用户管理模块主要负责新建角色、查询角色、删除角色、新建用户、查询用户和删除用户。本文最终实现了二维码管理系统,系统将二维码技术有效的应用到管理系统中,实现了将更多信息直接以二维码的信息展示出来,并能够让手机等设备准确地识别出来,达到了信息传播的更加高效和容易。通过系统功能模块整合实现企业产品同二维码相关联,实现企业产品信息化管理同二维码技术相结合提高企业经济效益。

【Abstract】 Compared with one-dimension barcode, two-dimension bar code has a unique advantage,with its high reliability,strong error correction performance,more large data capacity and higher safety and so on, all of these make two-dimension barcode a widely promotion and use in production and life. Two-dimensional code management system is an enterprise that products with a combination of two-dimensional code, realizes enterprise product information industry chain, and improves the efficiency of economy.Two-dimensional code management system that based on two-dimensional code technology, introduce the most popular two-dimensional code technology into the system. Two-dimensional code management system using multi-layer structure: presentation layer, control layer, business logic and data access layer. Presentation layer is provided for interacting with the use interface; control layer is used between the layers of information collection and conversion; logical layer provides interacting with the system interface; data access layer provides the interface to database operations. This system includes meeting sign in module, coupon module, voting module, and system user management module. Meeting sign in module is mainly responsible for meeting attendance, including three aspects of information management: meeting management, participants management and attendance statistics. Meeting management is mainly used to manage the basic information of meeting. Participants management is mainly used to manage the information of participants. Attendance statistics count the result and generate the Excel report.Coupon module is mainly responsible for managing corporate-sponsored promotions, including two aspects of information management: Member information management and electronic voucher management. Member information management is mainly used to manage membership information. Electronic voucher management sends the message containing a two-dimensional code image to members and manage these electronic documents.Voting module is mainly responsible for voting management, including two aspects: voter information management and results of statistical management. Voters information management manages voters information and sends MMS messages containing a two-dimensional code image to members. Results of statistical management counts the result of each candidate.System user management module is mainly responsible for creating a new role, quering roles, removing a role, and creating a new user, deleting a user and quering users.This thesis ultimately implement the two-dimensional code management system, Two-dimensional code technology system is effectively applied to the management system, more information can directly displayed through two-dimensional code, two-dimensional code can be recognized by mobile device. In this way, information can be spread out rapidly and more easier. Through the system function modules it integrates enterprise products associated with the two-dimensional code, enterprise product、information management technology combined with two-dimensional code to improve economic efficiency of enterprises.
