【摘要】 现在高等师范院校美术学专业的学生是中小学美术教师的主要来源,高等师范院校是中小学美术教师的主要培养院校。我国高师美术教育培养出来的中小学美术教师,应该具备较高的人文综合素质、美术学科的技法能力、艺术作品的鉴赏能力与创造性思维能力、课堂的控制能力、语言表达能力等基本素质与技能。美术类高师院校同中小学美术教育之间的联系更加紧密,中小学校通过对高师院校美术类资源的合理应用来提高中小学的社会竞争力。中小学通过和高师院校合作办学的方式来带动中小学美术教育的发展,同时中小学美术课堂的教育信息可以为高师院校所利用,为科学研究和了解中小学美术教学提供良好的资源。这样,中小学教育和高师院校的互动在它们之间形成了沟通的桥梁。能很好的提高中小学生的创新能力和实践能力,中小学校也为高师院校的学生提供了很好的学习实践基地;可以让学生在入职前体会中小学美术教师的工作;高师院校教师可以掌握现代中小学教育中存在的问题和发展趋势并结合美术课堂教学改进教学方法;中小学生、中小学教师能很早的知道高师院校美术教育的特点和科研项目,让中小学美术教育更明确美术教学的方向和教育目的。文章主要分析了中小学需要的美术教师人才特点,高师美术教育的培养目标,并指出了高师美术教育与中小学美术教育共同合作的出发点和契合点及合作形式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Now, the Higher Teachers College F ine Arts majors are the main source of primary and secondary school art teachers, Teachers Colleges are mainly primary and secondary school art teacher training colleges. Higher Art Education Training of primary and secondary art teachers, should have a higher comprehensive quality humanities, fine arts basic skills, professional interpretation of art and creativity, classroom organizational skills, language ability and other basic quality and presentation skills. Interactive art education primary and secondary schools and university art education among primary and secondary schools are run scholars take full advantage of external resources, particularly the effective use of univers ity intellectual resources. Primary and secondary schools takes advantage of college, let college teachers penetrate into schools, this will give students a new way to bring learning and innovative thinking. This interaction sets up a bridge between the primary and secondary schools and universities.
