高强度汽车用悬架弹簧盘条的研发

【摘要】 悬架弹簧在汽车行驶过程中,承受高频往复压缩运动,有着缓冲和减振的功能,其质量好坏对车辆平稳性、安全性起着至关重要的作用。近年来,我国汽车行业发展迅速,己经超过美国成为全球第一大汽车生产国家。汽车产量增加的同时对弹簧钢的性能提出严峻挑战,同样随着国内列车速度的不断提高,对弹簧钢的强度和寿命提出严峻的考验。目前弹簧钢的发展趋势是向经济性和高性能化方向发展。一方面是充分发挥现有弹簧钢的潜力,如改进生产工艺、采用新技术、对成分进行某些调整等,进一步提高其性能,扩大应用范围;另一方面是进行新钢种的研究开发,进一步提高弹簧钢的抗疲劳和抗弹性减退。本文以开发高强度汽车用悬架弹簧盘条为目标,研究开发高强度汽车用悬架弹簧盘条,牌号为55SiCr,规格11-15mm的生产技术,提高我国悬架弹簧钢产品技术水平和市场竞争力,为我国汽车产业创造更大的经济效益。研究开发的具体内容如下:(1)开发出满足高端汽车用的高强度悬架弹簧钢盘条。(2)利用试验机组进行高强度55SiCr工艺试验,研究各工艺参数对产品组织和性能的影响规律;(3)结合弹簧钢生产线的设备参数,制定55SiCr高强度汽车用悬架弹簧钢盘条工艺参数方式和控制方法。本文第一章为绪论;第二章介绍实验原理和方法,主要介绍高强度弹簧钢主要工艺线路;第三章高强度汽车用悬架弹簧盘条生产工艺研究;第四章为实验和性能测试。第五草为总结和展望。

【Abstract】 Suspension spring in the running process of the automobile, under high-frequency reciprocating compression movement, a buffer and damping function, its quality on vehicle stability, security plays a crucial role. In recent years, China’s rapid development of automotive industry, has been more than the United States to become the world’s largest automobile producing countries. Automobile production increased and the performance of spring wire rod proposed the stern challenge, also with the continuous improvement of train speed, strength and life of spring steel posed a severe test. At present, the development trend of spring wire rod is to the economy and the development of high-performance direction. On the one hand is to make full use of the existing spring steel potential, such as improving the production process, using new technology, make some adjustment on the composition, improve the performance further, expand the scope of application; on the other hand is the research and development of new steel spring wire rod, further improve the anti fatigue and anti sagging.With the development of high strength automobile suspension spring wire rod for the goal of this paper, research and development of high strength automobile suspension spring wire rod (55SiCr) new technology, improve enterprise technology innovation ability, improve our suspension spring wire rod product technology level and market competitiveness, and create greater economic benefits for China’s auto industry. The specific content of research and development:(1) developed the stress level is 1100MPa, product quality reach the spring steel wire rod 55SiCr suspension of similar products abroad, and to meet the requirements of the market use.(2) 55SiCr process test using a test set, determine the deformation parameters and cooling process parameters to implement high strength automobile suspension spring wire rod required heat, study the influence on the microstructures and properties of various process parameters; setting high strength automobile suspension spring wire rod production when the heating temperature, time in furnace, roughing rolling temperature, temperature, thickness of the initial rolling temperature, final rolling temperature, rolling start cooling temperature, cooling method, cooling rate, final cooling temperature and other key parameters.(3) combined with production line equipment parameters of spring steel, the suspension spring steel wire rod process mode and control strategy and subsequent heat treatment process control strategies of 55SiCr high strength automobile. The first chapter is introduction; the second chapter introduces the experimental principle and method, introduces the main process line of high strength spring steel; used in study on the production technology of suspension spring wire rod third chapter of automotive high strength; the fourth chapter is the test and performance test. Fifth the grass for the summary and prospect.
