【摘要】 中国期货业历经二十多年的发展,商品期货、金融期货及其相关的衍生品已被定义为国家风险管理的基础工具,必不可少,不可替代。中国期货市场进入了创新发展的新时期,新品种、新业务的推出以及多层次的市场体系建设,将大大拓展期货市场服务国民经济的广度和深度。中国经济的快速增长为期货行业提供了重大的历史机遇,以往低层次的经营、粗放的发展方式已不可持续,行业总体发展需要进行战略转型。放眼未来,期货行业的政策监管趋于放松,期货交易的成本将继续降低,业务模式与交易品种的创新环境更加积极,期货公司仅能从事通道类经纪业务的时代已经结束。交易品种创新进入高涨期,股指期货的影响进一步扩大,国债、利率等创新金融类期货品种将从无到有,交易比重也将逐步增加；投资咨询、资产管理、以风险管理为主的现货子公司与境外期货品种代理等创新业务将逐步建立,期货行业的盈利模式更加多元。在政策利好、市场利好的共同作用下,期货行业将迎来发展的“黄金期”,拥有优质客户资源与专业研发能力的期货公司将占据主流地位。五矿期货在整个行业进行战略转型的关键阶段,需要明智地找准自己的定位,确立适合公司发展的战略,扬长避短,最大限度地发挥自身优势。论文试图运用SWOT工具,对五矿期货的现状进行分析,以期在保持公司原有优势的同时,制定能够顺应期货行业发展大势的公司战略,使五矿期货这个传统的商品系期货公司在保持公司传统优势的同时,从专业化向多元化方向迈进,在激烈的行业竞争中立于不败之地。更多还原

【Abstract】 With over 20 years of development, commodities futures, financial futures and their derivatives have been defined as the basic and necessary tools for the state risk management. China’s futures market is stepping into the new era of innovation. The introduction of new futures products, new business and the development of multi-layers market system have promoted the extend and scale of the futures market in serving the national economy. The rapid development of China’s economy provides a historical opportunity for the futures sector. In this context, the unsustainable’extensive’ development model needs the strategic transformation. Look to the future, the supervisory policies of futures sector tend to be more relaxed in the long-term and the innovative environment for the business and trades tend to be more active, which means that channel brokages will be no longer the solely business for the futures companies. A series of changes include:the innovation of trade categories is spring up; many innovative financial futures products (such as state debt futures and interest rate futures) are emerged; investment consulting, assets management and outside futures agent businesses are established, which enriches the profit model and creates the necessary preconditions for enhancing profit rate of the futures companies. Against the current background, futures section is stepping into its’golden era’, the mainstream is occupied by those companies with more valued clients and stronger R&D capabilities. Minmetals Futures is on the turning point of strategic transformation of the futures sector. Therefore, it is essential for the Minmetals Futures to wisely choose the strategic position, make proper development strategies and fully exploittheits its advantages.On the basis of SWOT analysis, the thesis will discuss the status quo of Minmetals in order to set the strategies that can keep its conventional advantages as well as meet the long-term needs of the development of future sector. In other words, making the Minmetals-a traditional commodities future company -- both keeping its traditions and striding forward to the diversities, so as to strengthen its competitiveness in the future sector.更多还原
