【摘要】 近年来,伴随Web技术的广泛采用,企业针对共享的Web知识资源问题提出了一些基于Web的知识管理概念。本文主要是涉及一种基于Web知识服务的知识管理系统架构,为基于Web的知识管理中知识共享和重用提供了一种新的方法和思路,拓展了基于Web的知识管理理论。本文从分析公司知识管理的需求开始,逐渐展开对知识管理的Web架构问题的思考。包括设计和实现知识点聚合为各种文档格式的处理问题,知识管理系统中涉及到的安全问题,对每个文档和文件夹设置不同类型的meta数据和安全加密方式,对知识点内容和meta数据的全文检索,提高知识点的利用效率以及对所有的用户操作查看记录、审计日志记录,对恶意下载进行识别和自动封禁警告等。在知识管理系统中,通过获得、创造、分享、整合、记录、存储、更新、创新等过程,不断将公司知识系统中的知识点回馈,形成永不问断的凝结公司及员工的智慧经验循环,成为管理与应用的智慧资本。从而对企业培养员工并做出正确决策起到至关重要的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the extensive use of web technology, enterprises put forward some concepts about knowledge management based on the Web knowledge resources sharing. This paper mainly relates to a framework of knowledge management system, providing a new method and thought for knowledge sharing and reuse based on Web and expanding the theory of knowledge management.This paper starts from the analysis of corporates’ needs of knowledge management and gradually develops the thought about the Web framework problem based on the knowledge management, including the design and implementation of processing various document formats, relating to the safety problems in the knowledge management system, setting the data encryption and security of different types of each of the documents and folders, knowledge content and retrieval of meta data and improving knowledge utilization efficiency, recording the log about user operation and auditing the log records, warning the malicious downloads.Through acquisition, creation, sharing, integration, recording, storage, update, innovation process in the knowledge management, keep feedback knowledge point in the knowledge system and form the continuous experience cycle of employee and company and become the intellectual capital of company management and application.
