【副题名】基于“三化”协调发展的新视角

【摘要】 农业现代化是全面建成小康社会、加快我国现代化建设的关键。当前我国提出的城乡一体化建设,加快城镇化建设步伐是促进二元经济结构转型的重要推动,农业现代化发展是促进我国农业发展、加快我国现代化建设的关键核心,农业现代化建设不仅肩负着提高我国农民收入和加快新农村建设步伐的重任,同时还要满足我国社会经济发展的需要。本文运用系统研究法、统计分析法、规范分析法对我国农业现代化展开研究,围绕农业现代化这个中心,通过定型和定量分析,探讨了当前我国农业现代化的基本情况,分析其发展中存在的问题,进而从“三化”协调发展的视角,提出推动农业现代化的对策措施。本文共分为六部分,第一章,引言。主要包括文章的研究背景、研究意义、文献综述、研究内容与技术路线、研究方法。第二章,我国农业现代化的基本内涵和现实状况分析。首先界定了现代农业及农业现代化等相关概念,构建了农业现代化指标体系,并从农业投入、产出、可持续发展及农业社会发展等四个方面分析了我国农业现代化发展的基本情况。第三章,基于因子分析的我国农业现代化评价研究。运用因子分析法,指出当前北京、上海、浙江等省市农业现代化水平处于发展阶段,云南、贵州、甘肃等省份处于起步阶段,我国农业现代化发展水平整体处于发展阶段。第四章,“三化”同步协调发展的基本特征及存在的主要问题。从“三化”同步协调发展的角度探讨促进农业现代化发展的路径,概括了我国“三化”发展整体特征,分析工业化、城镇化对农业现代化的促进作用,指出当前“三化”协调发展中存在着城镇化滞后于工业化、农业现代化滞后于城镇化及工业化等问题。第五章,实现“三化”同步发展的对策和措施。从调整国民收入分配结构、加大农业投入力度、转变农业发展方式、转变工业化发展方式、调整城市化发展战略等方面,提出了促进农业现代化的对策和措施。第六章,结论,总结本文研究成果,并指出不足,对今后进一步研究提出展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Achieve agricultural modernization is the key step of build a well-off society and accelerating modernization construction in China. At present. China has put forward the urban-rural integration construction, and speed up the building of cities and towns has been promoting dual economy restructuring. Modernization of agriculture is the core of promote the agricultural development and speed up the modernization construction of our country. The construction of agriculture modernization has not only with a view to enhancing our farmers’income and accelerate rural pace of construction, but also to meet the country’s social and economic development needs. This article use the methods of system research, statistical analysis and normative analysis to study China’s agricultural modernization.This article also explore the current situation of China’s agriculture modernization and analyze their problems in the development through styling and quantitative analysis, and from the view of coordination and development of "three-zation", promote some measures of push agricultural modernization forward.This document is divided into 6 parts. Chapter 1. Introduction, includes backgrounds, significance, literature review, research content, technical route and research methods.Chapter 2. the basic connotation and present conditions of modernization of agriculture in China. This chapter define the related concepts and index system of agricultural modernization, analyzes the basic situation of agricultural modernization by the way of study agricultural input, output, sustainable development and rural social development.Chapter 3. China’s agricultural modernization evaluation studies based on Factor Analysis. By Factor Analysis, this chapter pointed out that in Beijing, Shanghai and Zhejiang Province, the level of agricultural modernization is in the development stage. In Yunnan, Guizhou, and Gansu, the level is in the initial stage. China’s overall level is in a stage of development.Chapter 4,The essential feature of "three-zation" synchronization and the main problems currently exists. This chapter argue the waypoint of develop china’s agricultural modernization from the view of "three-zation" synchronization. Summarize the general characteristics of "three-zation" synchronization. Analyze the promoter action of industrialization and urbanization to agriculture modernization, point out that the status quo is China’s urbanization lag in the industrialization and agriculture modernization lag in the urbanization and industrialization.Chapter 5.Countermeasures to achieve "three-zations" synchronization. Provide countermeasures from the view of how to adjust distribution structure of national income, how to enhance investment in agriculture, how to promote the transformation of agricultural development, how to promote the transformation of industrial development, and how to adjust the urbanization development strategy.Chapter 6, Conclusions. Summing up the results of this research, pointed out the shortcomings,and put forward the outlook for further research in the future.更多还原
