【摘要】 随着经济全球化的到来和国与国之间经济竞争的不断加剧,我国迫切地需要改变经济增长方式,由原来的劳动密集型产业向资本与技术密集型产业调整,产业结构也向高科技、高创新、高附加服务升级发展。在发展过程中,不仅需要稳定的宏观环境,更需要相应金融政策的引导。金融政策的选择是世界上任何国家都面临的难题,产业调整与经济升级是我国当今社会关系总体发展大局的重大课题,对于实现“中国梦”,达成中华民族的伟大复兴具有至关重要的意义。从改革开放到加入WTO,再到近年来自贸区的不断设立,我国的产业结构已经在不断的调整升级。因此,本文通过探究货币政策、利率政策、汇率政策三种金融政策对产业结构调整升级的作用机制,梳理出它们之间的传导过程。同时根据十八大之后的我国颁布金融政策与经济发展的关系,从而分析出金融政策对产业结构升级的重大作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the globalization of economy between countries and the economic competition intensified, we are in urgent need of changing the mode of economic growth, adjust the industrial structure from labor-intensive industries to capital and technology intensive industries, and upgrade to the high-tech, high innovation, high additional service industries. In the process of development, not only need a stable macroeconomic environment, but also appropriate financial policy guidance.Financial policy choice is a difficult problem in any country in the world, adjustment and upgrading of industrial economy is a major issue in China today’s social relations overall development, for the realization of "China dream", to achieve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation has play a decisive role significance. From the reform and opening up to join WTO, to continuely set up free trade zone in recent years, China’s industrial structure upgrading has been adjusted. Therefore, this paper explores the mechanism of monetary policy, interest rate policy, exchange rate policy to the upgrading of industrial structure adjustment, to tease out the transmission process between them. At the same time, according to the data after 18 th CPC National Congress, we study the relationship between the promulgation of financial policy and economic development, so as to analyze the important role of the financial policies on the upgrading of the industrial structure.更多还原
