基于Android平台的增强现实系统研究与应用

【摘要】 增强现实(Augmented Reality,AR)技术,是一种利用计算机技术计算产生的额外信息增强和扩张真实世界景象的新型技术。该技术在制造、装饰与维修、医疗、军事训练、远程机器人和娱乐等领域都有明显的优势。鉴于增强现实技术有着巨大的发展和应用潜力,国外越来越多的专家和研究机构都将目光转向这一新技术。国内对于虚拟现实的研究起步比较晚,在增强现实方面的研究比较薄弱。因此本文对增强现实技术进行了研究。目前移动平台最为主流的两个系统分别为Android和IOS,而在中国,Android占有更大的市场份额,因此本文的研究以Android为主,深入研究移动增强现实的相关技术,结合Unity3D开发平台,最终实现了一款可以在真实设备上正常运行的增强现实应用软件。本文首先介绍了课题的研究背景和意义,之后阐述了国内外对AR技术的研究现状和发展前景并引出了本论文的论述结构以及研究内容;其次,介绍了在AR领域的几项关键性技术,即图像渲染融合技术、三维注册模拟技术、3D模型以及虚实融合技术等;最后,本系统采用目前较流行的高通QCAR开发包Unity Extension开发技术,设计并实现了基于Android的增强现实系统。该系统可以通过对目标图片的识别,将虚拟的3D模型添加到真实场景中,并且可以根据目标图片的位置角度实时控制3D模型的位置、角度,达到3D模型与真实场景较好的融合效果,并对系统的测试结果进行了分析。实验结果表明,本系统实现了真实世界与虚拟世界的融合以及用户与融合后的世界进行交互,使用户具有一定的沉浸感,对增强现实技术在移动智能终端上的应用研究进行了有效探索。

【Abstract】 Augmented Reality is a new technology that calculates extra information to enhance and expand the real world by using computer technology. Used in manufacturing, decoration and maintenance, medical treatment, military training, remote robot, entertainment and so on, the technology has obvious advantages. Having huge potential in view of the development and application of augmented reality technology, an increasing number of experts abroad and research institutions have turned to this new technology. Domestic for virtual reality research started later and weak. So in this paper, the augmented reality technique is studied.Now, there are two mainstream platforms that are Android and IOS. Because Android occupies a bigger share of the market in China, the research studies deeply the relevant technology of the mobile augmented reality combining with Unity3 D development platform based on the Android and then designs an application that can achieve augmented reality at the device. Firstly, the research introduces the technology’s background and significance, expounds the research status of AR technology both at home and abroad and the development prospect, and discusses the structure and the research content of this paper. Secondly, the research introduces the several key techniques in the field of AR, such as image rendering fusion technology, register 3D simulation technology, 3D model and actual fusion technology etc. Lastly, the research was designed and implemented augmented reality system based on the Android using popular Unity Extension technologies in QCAR development kit. The system is added to the virtual 3D model in real scene by identifying the target image. And the system can real-time controls position and Angle of 3D model according to the position and Angle of the target picture to realize better fusion effect between the 3d model and real scene, then analyze test results.According to the experimental results, the system realizes the integration between of the real world and the virtual world, and provides the interactive features between of the user and the fusion world. This System can bring an immersive sense for user, and gets on effective exploration in applied research on augmented reality on mobile intelligent terminal.
