【摘要】 当前,山西经济发展正经历着困境,而山西经济发展困境的原因主要在于其在过去过于倚重煤炭及其相关产业,这也迫使山西产业结构不得不做出调整。产业转型在当前已经成了山西经济发展的主旋律,随着山西产业转型的持续深入推进,社会各个领域对实用型技能人才的要求越来越高,这同时对山西职业技术教育的发展提出了更高的要求,山西现有职业技术教育已经难以满足山西产业转型发展的需要。山西职业技术学校急需增强应对能力,以解决其在发展中遇到的问题。本文介绍了山西职业技术教育的现状,分析了山西职业技术教育的规模以及专业设置等方面的基本情况,并通过对山西7所重点职业技术院校的问卷调查进一步了解职业技术教育的现状,深入阳泉地区两所典型职业技术学校进行调研,以这两个学校为案例来研究山西产业转型中职业技术教育面临的挑战。在此基础上,从专业设置、教学模式、国际合作、教学资源四个方面剖析山西产业转型中职业技术教育存在的问题,主要问题有专业设置不合理,教学模式缺乏创新,国际合作严重不足,教学资源相对短缺这四个。联系国外发达国家发展职业技术教育的先进经验,探讨山西职业技术教育的发展对策,如优化职业技术教育专业类别,增强非煤专业质量；改进职业技术教育教学模式,注重实践式的主动教学；建立职业教育国际合作长效机制；拓宽职业技术教育教学资源供给的同时注重整合优势资源。山西职业技术教育的发展在当前遇到了新的考验,这种压力既来自于外部大环境的改变,也来自于职业院校自身的生存压力。山西在当前发展职业技术教育不仅有助于开发其人力资源的潜力,也是提升山西经济发展质量、改善人民生活水准、推进产业转型的必然要求。通过开展山西产业转型中职业技术教育发展的研究,力图为山西发展职业技术教育提供新思路,为我国其他地区发展职业技术教育给出有用的借鉴与参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, the economy development in shanxi is experiencing difficulties, and the reason for difficulties mainly lies on its coal and related industries, which also force shanxi industrial structure have to adjust. At present, the industrial transformation has become the main melody of the economy development in shanxi province. Along with the development of industry transformation in shanxi province, shanxi vocational and technical education development meet the new test. Shanxi vocational and technical schools need to strengthen the response capacity, to solve the problems in the development.This paper introduces the present situation of vocational and technical education in shanxi province, then analysis the size of the shanxi vocational and technical education and the basic conditions of professional Settings etc, and then through the 7 vocational colleges by questionnaire survey to learn more about the present situation of the vocational and technical education in shanxi province, Select two typical vocational and technical schools in yangquan region for research, Take these two schools as case to study the challenge for the industrial transformation in shanxi vocational and technical education. On this basis, analyzes the problems existing in the process of industrial transformation in shanxi vocational and technical education, such as the professional setting is unreasonable, lack of innovation teaching mode, the serious shortage of international cooperation, relative shortage of teaching resources. Combined with the foreign advanced experience of the development of vocational and technical education in developed countries, discusses the development of vocational and technical education countermeasures in shanxi procince, such as optimize the vocational and technical education professional Settings; improve vocational and technical education teaching mode, pay attention to practice of active teaching; establish long-term effective mechanism of vocational education international cooperation; and pay attention to integrate the advantage resources when increase the supply of vocational and technical education teaching resources.The development of shanxi vocational and technical education in the current meet new test, the pressure both from the external environment, and the vocational college’s own survival pressure. In the current develop vocational and technical education in shanxi province is not only beneficial to develop the potential of human resources in shanxi province, but also to promote the economic development in shanxi province, and it is also a inevitable requirement for industrial transformation.
