【摘要】 城市工业经济的快速发展吸引着越来越多的劳动力到城市就业安家,由此也带来了农村劳动力的缺乏,空巢老人问题逐步浮出水面。空巢老人的形成不仅受到家庭的影响,更与社会原因、自身原因息息相关。而对于招远市来说,作为传统农业地区,也是农村空巢率比较高的省份之一,其农村空巢老人社会支持现状对于全省农业地区而言有着较大的剖析价值。本文结合农村空巢老人社会支持的国内外研究,从经济支持、生活照料支持以及情感支持、医疗保障等方面详细阐释了招远市M村农村空巢老人社会支持的现状,并深入剖析其在社会支持中存在的经济、生活、情感和医保等问题。结合问题剖析招远市M村农村空巢老人社会支持的原因,指出由于立法欠缺、社会组织力量薄弱、家庭养老功能逐渐弱化、老年人自身寻求支持的意识不强、医疗保障不完善等原因造成了M村农村空巢老人社会支持的问题。在深度分析其原因的基础上,提出从建立新型农村养老制度、加强对养老金发放管理等方面完善经济支持体系,监督子女履行赡养义务,推动邻里互帮互助等提高生活照料支持体系水平,帮助农村空巢老人融入家庭和社会,并着力提升空巢老人医疗保障,推动建立更多符合条件的农村空巢老人养老机构等,通过这些措施在不断提升完善招远市M村农村空巢老人社会支持的同时,也能为烟台乃至山东省其他农业地区农村空巢老人社会支持的进步提供借鉴和参考。更多还原
