滨州医学院基建工程项目协同管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 滨州医学院做为滨州市医学的最高学府,拥有众多的医界学子,为国家培养了许多医学人才。为了给师生提供良好的教学环境与丰富的教学资源,本院校的基建工程项目数量不断增加,也给院方的管理工作增加了一定的难度。由于滨州医学院对基建工程项目的管理方式与手段并不确定,一般是对其进行人工管理,但是急剧增长的基建工程项目,已经使工作人员难以应付。所以滨州医学院的工作人员提出明确的需求,希望能够通过协同管理的模式,实现基建工程项目的网络化管理,有效的提高工作效率与管理能力。根据对滨州医学院基建工程项目协同管理方面的分析,以及对先进开发技术的研究,确定了系统主要使用MVC三层开发模式进行开发。主要将系统划分为模型层、控制层、视图层,通过各层之间的相互调用,完成系统功能。并且使用了SSH框架中的Struts2、Hibernate、Spring技术设计系统整体架构。另外,采用Html技术、Css技术、Jsp动态网页开发技术等进行系统页面布局,达到页面的动态展示效果。在数据库设计上,则选用灵活方便的小型关系数据库MySql进行系统数据的存储与读取。本系统主要划分了七项业务功能,分别包括:消息管理、协同任务管理、文库管理、合同投资管理、项目单位管理、日志管理、系统管理。并且系统划分了系统管理员、施工乙方两类用户,其中系统管理员即为业务方滨州医学院的工作人员。本系统以滨州医学院管理员为主线,以施工乙方为辅,进行总体管理,包括对基建工程项目相关的任务信息、合同信息、进场单位信息、日志等一系列信息的业务操作。本基建工程项目协同管理系统是一套功能全面、合理分配资源的科学化管理系统。系统的使用,对滨州医学院的基建工程项目的相关信息进行了统一、高效的管理,并且将各方面资源快速的整合,实现了资源利用最大化。此外,系统能够实现管理与施工现场的交互,使滨州医学院的工作人员准确的掌握项目任务进度,并且做出相应处理。

【Abstract】 Binzhou Medical University as the highest institution of Binzhou medical, has a large number of medical students, trained a lots of medical talents for the country. In order to provide a good learning environment and rich teaching resources for teachers and students, the number of construction projects in colleges is increasing, increase the difficulty to the management also. Because the infrastructure projects management methods and means of Binzhou Medical University are not sure, is a manual on the management generally, but the rapid growth of construction project, cause the staff hard to deal with. So the staff of Binzhou Medical University put forward a clear requirement, hope to through the model of collaborative management, to realize the network management of infrastructure projects, improve work efficiency and management ability.According to the analysis of the collaborative management of infrastructure project of Binzhou Medical University, and the research for advanced development technology, system mainly uses MVC three layer development modes for development. This system can be divided into model layer, control layer and view layer, by calling each other between each layer to complete the system function. And use of the Struts2, Hibernate and Spring technology in SSH framework to design the overall system architecture. In addition, the system page layout using Html technology, Css technology, Jsp dynamic web development technology, to achieve the dynamic page displays. In database design, to use flexible and convenient of small MySql database system for data storage and retrieval.This system is mainly divided into seven business functions is including:News management, collaborative task management, library management, contract investment management, project unit management, log management and system management. Divided the system into administrator, construction of Party B of two kinds of users, the system administrator is the staff of business from Binzhou Medical University. The system use administrator of Binzhou Medical University as the main line, construction of Party B as a supplement, to overall management of infrastructure projects, to deal with a series of information operations including:task related information of infrastructure projects, contract information, unit information of entry and log information.The collaborative management system of infrastructure projects in Binzhou Medical University is a set of scientific and overall function management system; the systems used can unify and efficient management for related information of collaborative management system of infrastructure projects in Binzhou Medical University, to achieve the maximization of resource utilization. In addition, the system can realize interaction between management and construction site, to accurately grasp the project schedule by staff of the Binzhou Medical University, and make corresponding processing.
