刻录机产品性能测试及改进研究

【摘要】 刻录机作为一款家庭常用的数字产品,是一种能提供给客户对各种电视节目、DV录像及其他媒体进行刻录再播放的设备。刻录机作为中国华录·松下电子信息有限公司公司的主打产品,其性能好坏对公司的发展至关重要。本文以松下的工业基准对中国华录·松下电子信息有限公司自主开发的刻录机产品进行了较为全面的测试,包括产品电气性能测试、EMC性能测试、电气安规性能测试和环境可靠性测试。并对测试中发现的问题点,逐一进行问题点的验证、分析、改进及再测试。本文主要做了以下三个方面的研究:(1)通过对产品测试时所有变化点的逐项验证、排除、以及对之前测试结果的再确认和对测试方案的大胆探索,成功再现了刻录机产品在高温老化时显示屏显示乱码的现象,找到了问题发生的原因。(2)分析电路结构,发现产品在静电抗扰设计方面的不足。通过增加信号线磁珠及信号线对地电容,提高了产品在静电测试中的抗扰能力。(3)选择效率较高的电源转换芯片,修正电路设计,降低原电路中的能量损耗,减少了芯片发热量,提高了产品使用时的安全性和稳定性。本文通过一系列测试,发现了公司产品设计上的薄弱环节,通过对比分析、芯片选型、线路优化等方法改进了测试中发现的问题点。通过改进,在一定程度上提高了公司产品的安全性、稳定性,为后续产品开发、测试及问题点改进积累了一定的经验。

【Abstract】 As a digital product commonly used in the family, recorders are a kind of equipments which is used to record a variety of television shows, DV video and other media and then play. The recorder is the main product of Panasonic Corporation, its performance is crucial to the development of the company.In this paper, based on the industrial standard of Panasonic Corporation, more comprehensive tests were carried on the recorder products developed in the company, including electrical performance testing, EMC performance testing, electrical safety performance testing, and environmental safety reliability testing. In addition, the problems found during the tests were respectively verified and analyzed and improved and re-tested. the three research aspects following are studied in this work:Firstly, through item-by-item validation of all change in the product testing and troubleshooting, as well as reconfirmation of the previous testing results, a bold exploration about the testing method was made. This paper managed to reproduce the display garbled aging phenomenon when the recorders were used at high temperatures and find the cause of the problem.Secondly, the analysis of the circuit structure was made to find drawbacks of the product in the Electrostatic interference. By increasing the signal line ferrite bead and the signal line to ground capacitance, the ability of anti-interference in the static test of products was improved.Thirdly, the safety and stability of products were improved by means of selecting high efficiency conversion chips and correcting circuit design, which reduced the energy loss in the original circuit and the chip heat,In this paper, through a series of tests, weaknesses in the design of the company’s products were discovered. Methods including comparison and analysis, chip selection, circuit optimization were used to improve the problems found during the testing. The results showed that this study improves the safety, stability of the company’s products to a certain extent and accumulates experiences on the development, testing and improvement of follow-up products.
