【摘要】 船舶外贸工作是船研院一项非常重要的工作,建立船舶外贸信息管理系统的目标在于将大量成熟产品和多种报价产品的方案资料电子化管理,使船舶外贸分类信息管理规范化,并为整个船舶外贸设计开发环境提供一个底层的信息支撑平台,对信息进行有效的管理和维护,保证船舶外贸工作有效正常进行,从而有力支持外贸开发、谈判、采购等工作的开展。本文先从船舶外贸的大环境、船舶信息类数据库系统的国内外相关研究入手,从系统基本描述、系统功能需求、系统性能需求、系统界面需求和系统其它需求等方面进行了需求分析。在此基础之上,针对本系统从总体架构、子系统架构、功能模块、数据库结构、系统界面以及安全性等方面进行详细系统设计研究。其后,在系统实现阶段分别从系统的总体结构实现、数据库结构实现、系统主界面实现、系统功能实现、系统主界面实现到网络版和单机版的数据建设实现进行了描述,并对三个功能模块的具体实现进行展开说明。本系统建立了型船资料库和主要系统设备库两个子库。被授权用户可用关键词查询舰船信息和设备信息,并输出查询结果。船舶外贸信息管理系统符合外贸开发管理与技术人员的使用要求,数据库中录入了多艘舰船的相关信息和文件,类型齐全,涵盖了历年来成熟的外贸产品类型,系统完全满足目前外贸工作的需要。更多还原

【Abstract】 The foreign trade work based on ships is a very important work of Ship Institute. The purpose to set up the information management system for Foreign Trade Ship is to make electronic management of the files including massive mature products and multifarious quoted products, and to supply a basic information platform of the total develop environment of foreign trade ships, also to make effective management and maintenance of the information, and to ensure regular operation of foreign trade ships as well, and finally to make strongly support of the development negotiation and purchase of foreign trade work.The article introduced basic situation of database system for ships start from the backdrop of foreign trade ships, the research profile of relevant research both at home and abroad. Then it made demand analysis of system basic function, performance, interface and other demands. Based on it, the article made detailed system design research for total structure, sub system structure, function module, system interface and system safety, etc. Then, in the system realization period, it made detailed statement in the system total structure realization, database structure realization, system main interface realization, system function realization and database development realization from system main interface to network version and stand-alone version edition, and also the detailed realization of 3 function modules.The system set up two sub database including ship file database and main system equipment database. The authorized user can make inquiry of ship information and equipment with key words, and output the inquiry results.The information management system for foreign trade ship meets the demands of the R&D, management and technical persons for foreign trade. The database has been input sufficient information and files of foreign trade ships, and covered mature products over the years, so it completely meet the current foreign trade works.更多还原
