西藏雅江酒店项目建设业主方成本控制研究

【摘要】 项目成本,就是指项目建设消耗和占用资源的数量和价格的总和。在项目实施过程中,对项目参建各方而言,项目成本的管理控制是各方降低成本的关键。风险性成本、不确定性成本和确定性成本这三方面都是项目成本的组成部分,其中不确定性成本是成本管理中至关重要的部分,也就是一定要做到努力辨别和解决不确定性事情的发生,进而节省该方面的成本。本文以正在进行建设的雅江酒店为研究对象,运用成本管理基础理论,采用理论研究与实践研究相结合、定性研究与定量研究相结合、比较法研究等方法,将成本管理手段和方法运用于雅江酒店项目建设全过程的成本管理中,从而减少和避免建设资金的流失,使得建设成本得到有效的控制。本文结合实例,对针对雅江酒店项目建设业主方成本管理的研究分析中,发现了在成本管理方面可能存在的一些问题,并提出了建议,对于提高雅江酒店项目的投资决策水平和投资经济效益,具有一定的现实意义。同时,对于同行业或者高海拔地区类似项目的成本控制管理,具有一定的借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 The cost of the project, is refers to the sum of the quantity and price of construction project and the occupation of resources consumption. In the project implementation process, the project of all parties concerned, the management of project cost control is the key to reducing the costs of the company. Risk cost, certainty cost and uncertainty cost is part of project cost, the uncertainty cost is the crucial part of the cost management, it is certain to do efforts to identify and solve the uncertainty happening, and avoid the uncertainty of cost.In this paper, with the ongoing construction of Yajiang hotel as the research object, use the basic theory of cost management, the method of qualitative research and quantitative research, combining theory study and practice of combining research, the method of comparison, cost management will cost control measures and methods applied in the whole process of Yajiang hotel project construction, so as to reduce and avoid the construction of the loss of capital, making the construction cost effective control.Combining with the example, according to the research analysis of owner’s cost of construction control of Yajiang hotel project, found some problems exist in thecost control, and puts forward suggestions for improvement, Yajiang hotel project investment decision-making level and investment benefit, has a certain practical significance. At the same time, for the same industry or high altitude areas similar to the project cost control management have certain reference significance.
