轻型钢结构厂房风灾易损性分析

【摘要】 随着我国经济的发展,对轻型钢结构厂房的需求大大增加。轻型钢结构厂房有着质量轻、成本低、施工周期短等优点,但也正是由于它自重轻、刚度小等特点,使得它较易受到台风的破坏。而我国是世界上受台风、风暴的破坏最严重、最频繁的国家之一,因此轻钢结构厂房风灾易损性的研究具有重要意义。本文主要做了以下几点工作:(1)基于规范规定的风荷载计算了轻钢结构屋面的风灾易损性。计算风荷载和结构承载力时考虑了各个参数的随机性。规定了屋面破坏的判断准则,划分了破损伤等级,计算了典型轻钢结构屋面在各个风速下的破坏概率。(2)基于风洞实验获得的风压计算了轻钢结构屋面的风灾易损性。加载时考虑了风压之间的相关性,采用一排测点同时加载的方式。在荷载效应的分析中,用概率图相关系数法选取gamma分布来拟合自攻螺钉所受的力,再用转换过程法得到了自攻螺钉所受的极值力;采用了考虑和不考虑自攻螺钉极值拉力之间的相关性来计算屋面的破坏率。计算了实验中的某一轻钢结构屋面在各个风速下的破坏概率。并将所得结果与采用规范风荷载计算时的结果进行了比较。(3)基于规范规定的风荷载计算计算了外门窗的风灾易损性。规定了外门窗破坏的判断准则,划分了破损伤等级,计算了外门窗在各个风速下的破坏概率,并分析讨论了外门窗破坏和屋面破坏之间的关系,对围护结构的抗风设计提出了一些建议。

【Abstract】 With the development of Chinese economy, the demand for light steel plant greatly increased. Light-Steel plant has advantage of light weight, low cost, short construction period, etc. Because of its light weight, stiffness and other small features, these steel structures are very vulnerable to strong winds, especially typhoons, and the survival of these structures is of importance for Chinese economy. In order to study the hurricane vulnerability of light steel plant, the paper work done in the following areas:(1) The hurricane vulnerability of light steel roof was calculated based on the wind load specification. The randomness of various parameters was considered when calculating wind loads and structural bearing capacity. The criterion of roof damage and the damage grades was specified, the failure probability at each wind speed of a typical light steel roof was calculated.(2) The hurricane vulnerability of light steel roof was calculated based on the wind tunnel experiments date. The correlation between wind pressures was considered. A row of measuring points was loaded at the same time. In the analysis of load effects, the probability plot correlation coefficient method was used to select the best distribution to fit the force of self-tapping screw, then the conversion process method was used toget extreme force of tapping screws. The damage rate through the method of considering the screw’s extreme tension or not was calculated. The failure probability of a light steel roof in the wind tunnel experiment was calculated, and the results were compared with the standardized wind load calculation results.(3) The hurricane vulnerability of outside doors was calculated based on the specification. The criterion of outside doors damage and the damage grades was specified, the failure probability of outside doors at each wind speed was calculated, and the relationship between the outer doors and roofs damage were discussed. Some suggestions of the wind-resistant design of envelope structure was given.
