【摘要】 房建工程是建筑业的重要组成部分,工程施工技术水平直接影响工程质量的好坏,但是传统房建工程施工技术和管理方法有一定局限性,导致房建工程施工管理水平、生产效率和盈利能力普遍不高。BIM作为建筑业目前正在大力推广的新技术,对房建工程施工而言是较重大的一次变革,它利用三维可视化模型就可以对房建工程管理工程项目进行建设,从而有效协调多个参与方,在项目的全生命周期管理中都可起到积极的作用。本文首先阐述了在房建工程施工过程中,采用传统技术在施工平面布置、施工质量管理、施工安全管理及施工进度管理四个方面存在主要问题,并简要的分析存在这些问题的主要原因。其次较详细从上述四个方面介绍了BIM在房建工程中如何应用及应用BIM技术带来的好处。最后结合BIM技术在房建工程应用的实例,简要描述了该技术在上述几方面的应用情况及其产生的效益。希望能够将本论文总结的经验推广运用于所在公司的其他房建工程施工中去,促进本公司施工管理水平进一步提高,从而提高公司在行业的竞争力,让品牌效应为公司创造更大的经济效益和社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Housing construction is an important part of the construction industry, construction and technical level of the direct impact of the project quality is good or bad, but the traditional building engineering construction technology and management methods have certain limitations, resulting in the production of housing construction management and construction efficiency is not high. BIM is being vigorously promoted as the construction of new technologies, construction of housing construction is more significant in terms of a revolution, which uses three-dimensional visualization model for housing construction project management construction projects, thus effectively coordinate multiple participants, it can play a positive role in the life cycle management of the project.This paper describes the construction process in housing construction, the use of traditional techniques main problems in the construction layout, construction quality management, construction management and safety management and construction progress in four areas, and there is a brief analysis of these issues the main reason. Secondly, from a more detailed description of these four aspects of how the benefits of BIM applications in Construction Engineering and Application BIM technologies. Finally, some examples of BIM technology in housing construction applications, a brief description of the benefits of the technology in these aspects of the case and the resulting application.I hope this paper summarizes the experience of the promotion can be applied to other building engineering construction company where to go, to promote the company to further improve the level of construction management, thereby enhancing the company’s competitiveness in the industry, so that brand for the company to create greater economic and social benefits.更多还原
