【摘要】 随着中国改革开放的深入和城市化进程的加快,人口流动加速,从农村流入城市的党员数量逐年增加。如何教育管理因经商或务工在外流动的党员,使他们充分发挥先锋模范作用,为建设社会主义现代化国家贡献力量,不仅是客观现实需要,也是新形势下加强党员队伍建设的创新之举。党的十八大报告明确指出,要改进流动党员队伍的教育、管理和服务。这对新形势下城市社区流动党员思想政治工作提出新的目标和要求,它要求我们创新方式方法,探索实施路径,将管理教育与人文关怀相结合,使得无论是城市或是农村的党员,无论是流入本地或是流入外地的党员,都能与党组织加强联系,积极参与党组织的活动,乐于接受党组织的教育管理,充分发挥模范带头作用。基础不牢,地动山摇。本文从不断夯实和巩固党在基层的执政基础,不断提高党的组织覆盖、工作覆盖和凝聚力覆盖,不断提高基层党建工作的科学化水平出发,以城市社区流动党员这个群体为研究对象,通过对城市流动党员群体和对他们开展思想政治教育工作的基本现状、主要特点、存在问题、形成原因等进行分析研究,提出了在新形势下进一步加强城市社区流动党员思想政治教育的对策建议。对进一步发挥党员的先锋模范作用,提升党组织在基层群众中的影响力、向心力和凝聚力,探索完善城乡基层治理新机制等具有重要的现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of social economy, various social organizations and e conomic organizations to increase increasingly, social mobility personnel’s unceasing e nhancement, which is part of the Chinese Communist Party members, they because of migrant workers or frequent job changes into the city community, the city community i deological and political work is facing new problems and challenges. This puts forward new requirements and deployment of the ideological and poli tical work of community flow Party members under the new situation, how to do well t he ideological and political work in community flow Party members has become an ur gent problem to be solved. Through the analysis on the existing ideological trends, co mmunity characteristics, community flow Party member education management proble ms and put forward countermeasures and suggestions, to further strengthen the ideolog ical and political education of Party members, guide them to play a vanguard and exem plary role, continue to consolidate the ruling foundation of the party at the grass-roots.更多还原
