【摘要】 研究生作为未来科学研究的主力军,其科研诚信水平的高低不仅关系到研究生的培养质量,也关系到高校科学事业和国家创新性的发展。因此,研究生的科研诚信的培养是一项重要内容,是研究生思想政治教育的根本任务之一。在高校研究生科研事业快速发展的同时,一些严重的科研不诚信问题逐渐危及到研究生的培养。浮躁、急功近利、抄袭剽窃的不良现象严重损害了高校科研环境的健康发展,研究生的学风建设、科研诚信建设成为当前高校稳定发展的前提和基础。研究生科研诚信保障机制建设是一项系统的工程,需要从高校教育、制度建设、校园环境等方面共同完成。文章首先阐述了选题背景、研究现状、研究意义、方法及创新之处,指出我国随着科学研究的不断进步,研究生科研不诚信问题日渐突出,在考察科研诚信的概念上是从科研道德和科研规范入手的,不诚信的表现形式概括来讲包括抄袭、剽窃、雇佣枪手、一稿多投、杜撰参考文献以及胡乱署名,对于这种情况的原因和解决措施,要考虑社会、制度还有研究生个人等几个方面,社会方面要不断加强诚信建设尤其是科研诚信,制度方面要完善科研评价、奖惩等制度,加强学校教育,同时个人要加强自律意识,提高自身道德。其次,文章阐述了科研诚信保障机制的内涵、意义并结合调查问卷,分析了当前我国高校研究生科研诚信的现状以及存在科研不诚信的原因。指出科研诚信保障机制是在科研诚信的构建过程中,明确影响科研主体诚信行为的各相关要素及其之间的关系,包括科研不诚信的形式、原因及其危害,也包括健全科研诚信措施的各个功能以及他们之间的相互作用等。文章通过问卷分析当前我国关于科研诚信建设方面做出的成绩,但是高校教育仍存在落后的方式、科研诚信缺乏系统的制度约束、研究生缺乏对科研道德的正确认知、高校文化也缺乏对科研诚信的宣传等都成为影响研究生科研诚信的原因。最后,文章在阐述研究生科研诚信保障机制的建设时,从教育机制、监督评价机制、奖惩机制以及校园科研诚信文化建设四个方面来探讨,这四个方面并不是孤立运行的,教育机制是提高研究生道德的具体途径和方法,学校从具体的方法上加强研究生的科研规范教育、道德模范教育、研究生自身的道德教育,使科研诚信得到贯彻落实;监督评价机制强调外在的制度约束,强调法律的权威,使得科研诚信有法可依;奖惩机制是从制度的执行方面强调对遵守科研诚信的行为进行奖励,而对科研失信行为加大惩罚力度,使科研失信违法必究;科研诚信文化建设是一种环境建设,为前三个机制的构建提供良好的环境支撑,这四个部分是相互影响、缺一不可的。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the mainstay of future scientific research of graduate students,Its level of research integrity is not only related to the cultivation of the postgraduate quality,but also relates to the healthy development of the colleges’ science cause and innovative development of the country.Therefore,the postgraduate students’ research integrity is an important content,and it is one of the basic task of graduate student ideological and political education.In the development of scientific research,some scientific research dishonest behaviors are endangering the cultivation of graduate students.The bad phenomenon harms the healthy development of universities,such as impetuous,eager and plagiarism behaviors.Graduate student’s study style construction, research integrity construction become the premise and foundation for the steady development of colleges and universities.Protection mechanism study of scientific research integrity in graduate students is a system engineering,its’ individual morality, college education and system construction, campus environment.First of all,The test analyzes the selected topic background,research status, research significance,methods and innovation.With the advance of scientific research,the problem of students’ research integrity is really serious.Throughout the study of the domestic scholars,we need to research the concept of research integrity at first,including Scientific research moral and standard.Then the expression of dishonest behavior includes copy,plagiarism, hired,a draft sent many places,fabricate references and signature name in disorderly,so to solve these problems,we need to consider personal social,institutional and graduate students. In social aspects it should strengthen the construction of research integrity,Improving the system of evaluation,rewards and punishments,Then strengthening school education and enhancing personal discipline.The second,The article expounds the connotation of research integrity guarantee mechanism and its significance,analyzes the current and reason.Pointing out that the credit guarantee mechanism is the relevant factors and their relationship.The construction of guarantee mechanism is impacting the healthy development ofcolleges and quality of graduate education.The article discusses the current postgraduate research integrity construction achievements, analysis the dishonest behavior from the loss of graduate student research ethics,backward of integrity education in colleges,the lack of effective supervision, evaluation and good faith education in campus culture.At last,The text expounds the protection mechanism study of scientific research integrity in graduate students from the moral mechanism, education mechanism, the mechanism of supervision and evaluation,rewards and punishment mechanism and the construction of campus culture and so on.Pointing out that the four aspects are not isolated, Mechanism of education is the way of improving the graduate students’ moral,Supervision and evaluation mechanism stress the constraint,The rewards and punishment mechanism focus on performing,The culture construction is a kind of environmental building,its’ aim is to give a support for the three mechanisms.The four parts influence in each other and cannot be short of each other.更多还原
