【副题名】基于高校后勤工作的一些问题与对策

【摘要】 高校后勤改革是我国高等教育领域的一项重要变革，通过对新的管理模式和运行机制的不断深入探索，高校后勤服务经历了由浅到深并最终纳入到我国社会市场经济体制上来的过程。本文通过对我国高校后勤管理社会化改革十多年来的情况进行了初步的评价，提出当前面临的一些问题，现阶段我国高校后勤工作虽然取得了很大的发展，但很多问题仍处在探索阶段甚至又出现新的问题，仅仅解决或缓解了高校扩招后的后勤服务保障工作所面临的矛盾和压力，很多问题并没有得到根本的解决。本文共分为五个部分：第一部分为绪论，主要介绍了文章的研究背景、研究目的及意义，研究的方法。第二部分由介绍高校行政管理引入后勤管理，对后勤管理工作以及后勤与教学的关系做了简单的说明。第三部分主要以高校后勤管理中的后勤社会化改革引出后勤人力资源、食堂经营和能源管理三个方面作为主要问题，深入分析了当前工作中的状况及原因。第四部分以国外高校后勤管理的先进经验为依托，对应第三部分中的每个问题一一借鉴了发达国家的先进模式，对我国高校后勤管理改革具有很高的指导意义和参考价值。最后一个部分提出了对高校后勤工作改革的一些思考和建议，分别从法治化建设、提升领导能力与素质、构建后勤工作相关体系与建立新型体制四个方面深入展开说明。更多还原

【Abstract】 College Logistics Reform is an important change in our country in the field ofhigher education, through the new management model and operational mechanism ofdeepening exploration, college experienced logistics services from shallow to deepand eventually into our social market economy system up process. The third part mainly universitylogistics management logistics socialization reform, human resources, operations andcafeteria three aspects of energy management as a major problem, in-depth analysisof the current status of the work and why. The fourth part to the advanced experienceof foreign universities logistics management as the basis, the corresponding part ofthe one third of each issue in developed countries learn from the advanced mode,with a high significance for the reform of university logistics management andreference value.
