国际太阳能十项全能竞赛(栖居)设计与建造研究

【摘要】 随着时代的发展,最初的太阳能住宅从实验性零能耗建筑,向工业模块化建造、市场化推广以及一体化设计发展。并且高效节能的建筑设备、建筑材料以及新的建筑构造更多的运用到了太阳能住宅当中。“国际太阳能十项全能竞赛”于2002年由美国发起,并逐渐传播到欧洲及中国。其从建筑理念、绿色技术、设备功能等方面为节能减排的挑战提供了创新性的设计思路和实践机会。本文通过对过往竞赛的参赛团队、评价标准和选近三届竞赛代表性方案设计特点的分析,归纳当代太阳能住宅的发展趋势;并以西安建筑科技大学2013年的参赛作品——“栖居”太阳能住宅建筑为案例,探讨了适合我国的零能耗太阳能建筑一体化的设计策略、趋势以及高效节能的建筑设计方法、新型建筑材料、新型建筑构造以及低成本零能耗住宅的设计与建造方法。论文的第一章绪论部分先对零能耗住宅的背景、意义、国内外研究现状等进行阐述,并将本文的研究内容、目的、方法和框架进行解释;第二章首先介绍了竞赛的起源和理念,并选取了过往三届竞赛中不同大洲的优秀作品进行解析,归纳出国内外在太阳能住宅方面不同的设计理念和方法;第三章分析西安建筑科技大学参赛作品“栖居”中的建筑设计方法。通过不同阶段的设计和推敲,探索出最富有地域性、经济性和宜居性的太阳能住宅;第四章介绍“栖居”住宅选用的技术方案。总结了“栖居”的建筑技术、结构设计、能量平衡、水暖电系统以及太阳建筑一体化设计和工业模块化设计的方法;第五章为“栖居”在本届SDC竞赛中的建造过程,真实的还原了从图纸到实体的全过程,总结了设计与施工的协调配合与方法,以及最终成果的展示;第六章对前文所归纳和总结的建筑设计、技术设计以及建造方法的要点,探寻和讨论了国际太阳能十项全能竞赛、新材料新构造对于太阳能建筑发展的影响以及未来太阳能建筑一体化设计的趋势。

【Abstract】 In recent years, the solar house is by the initial experimental zero energy buildingtowards integration development design, industrialized production and marketpromotion. And high efficiency and energy saving of construction equipments, buildingmaterials and the use of new building structures more about solar houses.Since2002, held in the United States and Europe,"Solar Decathlon", from thearchitectural concept, green technology, equipment functionality, architectural aesthetics,energy saving challenge innovative design ideas and practical foundation. In this paper,the participating teams of the previous contest, the analysis of the design features of theevaluation criteria and competition program, summarize and reflect contemporarytrends of the solar building; Entries Xi’an University of Architecture and Technology in2013-"Qi Ju" zero energy consumption of residential building as example, discussesthe suitable for our country the zero energy consumption of solar building integrateddesign strategy and efficient method of architecture design, new building materials, newbuilding construction and industrial modularization design and low cost of the zeroenergy building design method and construction.The first chapter of the thesis, on the zero-energy house in the background,significance, status and other domestic and foreign research elaborate and explain theresearch content, purpose, method and framework of this article; The second chapterintroduces the concept and the origin of the competition, and select the outstandingworks of the past three competitions in different continents for analysis, summarized inthe solar domestic residential areas of different design concepts and methods; The third chapter analyzes the architectural design of Xi’an University of Architecture andTechnology " Qi Ju ". Through the different stages of design and refinement, to explorethe richest regional economy and livability of solar residential; The fourth chapter,introduced " Qi Ju " chosen technical solutions. Summed up the " Qi Ju " buildingtechnology, structural design, energy balance, plumbing,HVAC,electrical systems andmethods for building integrated solar design and industrial modular design; The fifthchapter is " Qi Ju " in the current construction process SDC competition, the realreduction of the whole process from the drawing board to the entity, summed up thecoordination and methods of design and construction, as well as showing the finalresults; The sixth chapter is summarized the architectural design,technical design andconstruction methods of the foregoing, explore and discuss the international SolarDecathlon competition, new materials and new building constructed for thedevelopment of solar architecture and the future impact of building integrated solardesign trends.
