基于切削制造工艺实验的测控装置的设计研究

【摘要】 为满足实验装置提高加工精度、保证加工质量的需求,设计并制造一种适合教学用且能对工件进行加工和在线检测的机电一体化设备,除了具有较好的工艺性,还应该考虑到面向教学,必须满足学生对实验原理清晰简洁,和对设备操作便捷,易学实用的需求,测控装置应该具有针对性强且可靠性高的特点。机床实现在线测量后,可以测量工件形位公差,简化工装夹具,缩短辅助时间,提高生产效率,改善加工精度。另外,在一般普通的加工设备难以满足实验教学的前提背景下,研制这样一种兼具加工和测量于一体的实验装置,极具市场前景,受众度高。首先,本文介绍了课题来源、研究的目的及意义。其次,通过分析工序能力和测量原理,比较装置同以往传统设备的优劣,研究制定出总体的设计思路和系统方案。再次,本文从装置要实现的功能出发,结合原理分析,研究并设计了装置的总体机械结构,对组成总体结构的各功能单元进行了论述和研究,包括物流系统、车削系统和测量系统的具体结构。最后,本文对实验装置的控制系统和各功能模块进行了详细论述。结合系统机械结构情况,对系统控制方案进行了整体的规划,确定具体的功能模块,编写主要的控制程序,同时结合形位误差测量实验操作,设计上位机界面。

【Abstract】 For improving the machining accuracy and assuring processing quality of experimentaldevice, electromechanical integration equipment which can both process and detect online ismeant to be designed and made. Taken the experimental device is used for teaching, not onlyshould it be provided with reasonable processing quality, but also satisfy the demands ofstudents that the experiment principle is clear and concise, the device is convenient to operateand easy to learn. The measurement and control device should have features of high reliabilityand strong pertinence.Once the device realizes on-line measurement, it can measure the shape and positiontolerances of work piece, simplify chemical fixture, shorten the auxiliary time, improveproduction efficiency and processing accuracy. In addition, under the circumstance that somegeneral processing equipments aren’t able to meet experimental teaching demands, thedevelopment of experimental device provided with both process and measurement featureseems to be market and audience oriented.Firstly, this paper introduces the origin, research purpose and significance of the topic.Secondly, through the analysis of process capability and measurement principle, as wellas comparison with quality of traditional device equipment, the design idea and overall planof system are studied and formulatedThirdly, started from the realizing function of experimental device and combined withtheory analysis, research and design of the overall structure of the mechanical device are to becompleted, and each functional unit of overall structure is discussed and studied, includingspecific structure of logistics system, turning system and measurement system.Finally, the control system on the experimental device and the functional modules arediscussed in detail. According to the mechanical structure, overall control scheme of thesystem is planned, specific functional modules are determined, main control program iswritten, interface of the PC is designed.
