基于虚拟仪器的汽车ABS液压控制单元综合性能测试系统研究

【摘要】 汽车制动防抱死系统(Anti-lock Braking System,简称ABS)是在传统制动系统的基础上采用电子控制技术,以实现制动力的自动调节,可防止制动时车轮抱死,以期获得最有效的制动效率并提高制动安全性的一种机电液一体化装置。液压ABS系统主要包括如下三部分:轮速传感器、电子控制单元和液压控制单元。其中液压控制单元是ABS的执行机构,其综合性能对ABS起着非常重要的作用,是决定汽车制动防抱死系统性能的重要因素。本文设计开发了能够检测ABS液压控制单元综合性能的测试系统,并进行了试验与评价。针对ABS液压控制单元综合性能测试要求,研究确定了系统开发方案,该方案适用于大批量、流水线式检测。建立了液压控制单元的数学模型,运用MATLAB/simulink仿真软件建立了制动系统以及ABS控制器的模型,并进行了仿真分析。构建了基于虚拟仪器的ABS液压控制单元性能测试系统,测试系统包括硬件和软件两部分,其中硬件系统设计主要包括了传感器、数据采集卡和工控机系统等的选型与设计;软件系统采用LabVIEW作为开发平台,该软件系统可以控制数据的采集,并实现采集数据的显示、处理、存储、打印等功能,该测试系统充分体现了机电液一体化的配置特点,人机界面友好,自动化程度高。通过ABS液压控制单元的性能试验结果表明,该测试系统能很好地完成汽车ABS液压控制单元性能测试要求,对于提高ABS液压控制单元产品质量检测的准确性和工作效率具有重大的工程实际应用价值。

【Abstract】 Anti-lock Braking System(ABS)is a kind of machtronics equipment, which is based on traditional braking system, using electronic control technique to realize auto-adjusting of braking pressure. It keeps the wheel from lock when braking, which can get the highest braking efficiency and enhance the safety of vehicle.Hydraulic Anti-lock Braking System has three important components: Speed Sensor、Electronic Control Unit and Hydraulic Control Unit. Hydraulic Control Unit is the implement outfit of ABS. The dynamic respond characteristic of it plays an important role to ABS. It is the main fact that can influence the performance of ABS. In this paper, one capability testing system of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit is developed; and we do some testing and analyses.The paper is to investigate and design the whole testing scheme, according to the capabilities testing content of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit. A testing programmer is found. The programmer applies to testing of large quantities and pipeline. After mathematical model for the Hydraulic Control Unit built, the model of broking system and ABS control unit is found by MATLAB/simulink. A testing system for HCU is developed based on virtual instrument .The system uses DAQ card to acquire physical signal coming from sensors, then transmits the signal to computer by PCI. Its software uses the graphic programming language LabVIEW. The software of the system can control the data acquiring, and make data display real-time, data analyzing, data saving and printing report from. The design of test-bed behaves collocate of machinery- electricity- hydraulic integrative equipment, which makes the system perform the test commendably and has high degree of autoimmunization.Through ABS Hydraulic Control Unit capacity testing, it indicates that, the test-bed could perform the solenoid valve test and the whole test of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit. It has great actual engineering value to enhance the veracity and work efficiency of ABS Hydraulic Control Unit capacity testing.
