京张城际铁路引入北京枢纽方案研究

【摘要】 随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市化的程度越来越高,城镇居民的人均收入日益增长,居民对日常出行的速度,质量都有了更高的要求。在这种前提下,我国的铁路运输事业进入了一个大发展的时代,客运专线和高速铁路应运而生。京张城际铁路于2009年开始规划设计,旨在方便北京、张家口以及沿线旅客的出行。但是直到今天,京张城际铁路也没有建成通车,依旧处于设计阶段,不断的修改设计方案,究其原因,主要就是因为京张城际铁路引入北京枢纽的方案一直存在着比较大的争议,因此如何选择设计一个适合的引入方案成为了这个项目的关键。本文从京张城际铁路的实际工程设计问题出发,进行了以下内容的研究。第一,分析京张城际铁路引入北京枢纽的现有引入方案的优、缺点,根据分析的结果定性的评价现有引入方案的可行性。第二,根据相关的理论对现有引入方案进行优化修改,提出一种多点引入的优化引入枢纽方案,分析新的多点引入方案的优、缺点,定性的评价这种引入方案的可行性。第三,研究讨论京张城际铁路引入北京枢纽的各种影响因素,并通过这些影响因素建立一个指标体系,然后根据层次分析法以及模糊综合评价方法的相关理论相结合,建立AHP-模糊综合评价的比选模型,利用提出的评价指标体系,对改进前、后的京张城际铁路引入北京枢纽的方案进行评价比选,将定性分析转换为定量比较,得出更具有优势的引入方案。第四,根据新的引入方案的要求,对清河客运站进行改、扩建,提出了具体的改、扩建方案以及具体的施工步骤,从而保证在清河客运站改、扩建的施工过程中,既有S2线路能够正常运营。本文理论联系实际,通过运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价理论,来解决京张城际铁路引入北京枢纽方案比选的实际问题。建立了一套简单的评价指标体系,以及可行的定量评价方法,对研究线路引入枢纽方案选择的相关工作有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the economy of China, the urbanization level becomes higher and higher and the average household income of Chinese people are increasing. At the meantime, residents have higher requirements of daily travel such as travel speed and quality. In this context, China’s railway transportation enterprise also entered an era of great development. Thus, dedicated passenger line and high-speed railway come into our sight.The Beijing-Zhangjiakou intercity railway was first designed in2009, in order to provide more convenience to the related passengers. But this line is still under design until now. The main problem of this project is how to introducing Beijing-Zhangjiakou Intercity Railway into Beijing hub. As to this problem, there are great differences between the parties. To solve this problem, we must put forward a good plan and also need to prove that this plan has more advantage compared with others.From the actual engineering design problems of Beijing Zhangjiakou Intercity Railway, this paper studies the following contents. First, I analyze the existing plan of introducing Beijing-Zhangjiakou Intercity Railway into Beijing hub and find the advantages and disadvantages of it. Then, I do a qualitative evaluation of the plan to find out whether the plan is feasible or not. Second, I modify the existing plan and put forward the new plan according to the relevant theory. Then, I also analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the new plan. Then, find out whether the plan is feasible or not by using the method of qualitative assessment. Third, research and discuss the various factors that affecting the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Intercity Railway. Then, through these factors to establish an index system. According to the theory of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, I establish a selection model using these two theories called AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Using this model and the proposed evaluation index system, I evaluate the two plans and change the qualitative analysis into the quantitative comparison to find out the better plan. Forth, according to the new introducing plan, the Qinghe passenger station need to be modified and extended. I put forward the concrete reform, expansion plan and detailed construction steps.This paper links the theory with practice. By using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory to solve the introducing problem of Beijing Zhangjiakou Intercity Railway. This paper also set up a set of simple evaluation index system, and a set of quantitative evaluation method, that is very useful for solving the related problem of introducing lines into hubs. The research has certain practical significance.
