【摘要】 统一战线是工人阶级执政的基本策略,是马克思主义关于无产阶级革命学说的重要构成部分；是近现代中国革命、建设、改革的三大法宝之一；是凝心聚力,促进政党、民族、宗教、阶层、海内外同胞五大关系和谐和夺取中国特色社会主义胜利的重要法宝；是构筑民族复兴、弘扬民族精神的重要力量,增进了对中国特色社会主义的道路自信、理论自信、制度自信,为推进“四个全面”战略布局,为实现“两个一百年”奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,提供广泛力量支持。龙云,民国时期的地方军阀,反对国民党蒋介石的斗士,第一个对靠拢苏联路线提出异议的勇士,执掌云南地方政权十七年。抗日战争时期与解放战争时期“云南王”龙云腾龙探海与蒋介石国民党政权、地方实力派斗智斗勇,在中国共产党高超的统一战线政策和多方努力积极争取下在云南近代史上演出了一幕幕惊心动魄的历史剧。龙云执政初期积极建设新云南,追随蒋介石,采取附蒋反共策略、屠杀革命志士。一九三七年日军全面侵华伊始,国共两党适时调整政策,再度精诚团结合作抗日,建立抗日民族统一战线,共御日寇。抗战初期,中国共产党全力争取龙云,助龙坚定抗战信心,而后出师抗日,滇省战绩辉煌。相持阶段,成立长江局和中共云南省工委助推龙云抗战到底,争取龙云支持民主活动,云南成为民主大后方与抗战最前沿“两方堡垒”。一九四五年龙云解职重庆,囚禁南京。中国共产党积极帮助逃离受控,去往香港且秘密入盟,踏上了联共反蒋、追求自由、平等的社会主义道路,为建设社会主义服务。当前世界大变革大调整,文化大发展大繁荣,国家发展进入深化改革攻坚期和全面建成小康社会的关键时期。统一战线工作是党政治、群众工作的特殊构成部分,加强统战工作是深化党的建设、实现国富民强、民族崛起“中国梦”的有力支撑。新时期要巩固发展最广泛的爱国统一战线,为实现中国梦提供广泛力量支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 The United Front is a heavyweight magic weapon for the victory of the new democratic revolution; it was CCP’s important magic weapon in governing and rejuvenating the country; it was an important magic weapon for uniting the power from all parties, improving the relations between parties, ethnic groups, religions, different classes, and between fellow people inland and overseas and gain the new victory of Socialism with Chinese characteristics; it was a significant force to build the great Chinese Dream of rejuvenating the Chinese people.Long Yun, as the local warlord who ruled Yunnan for17years during the Period of the Republic of China, was a fighter against Guo min dang and Jiang jieshi and the first warrior who disapproved of the policy of drawing together with Soviet Union. During the period of Anti-Japanese War and Liberation War, Long Yun,"the King in Yunnan" fought against the Guo min dang government in Jiang Jieshi’s hands and local powers with wisdom and bravery, putting on stage a lot of thrilling historic plays in Yunnan’s part of modern history with the help from the brilliant United Front policy of CCP and the cooperation of all parties. In1937at the beginning of Japanese total invasion of China, CCP and Guo min dang adjusted their own policies and joined hands together, formed the anti-Japanese National United Front to fight against Japanese invaders. In1927, four brothers including Longyun, took advantage of the situation of the time and formed a league to rebel against Tang and took away the power by coup. After that, Longyun terminated opposing forces and ruled Yunnan for as long as17years. After he gained the power of Yunnan province, he aimed to build up a new Yunnan, therefore then he actively followed up Jia jie shi and supported him to eliminate CCP and he slaughtered a lot of people of lofty ideals for the revolution. By the beginning of the Anti-Japanese War, CCP had spared no efforts and means trying to get Longyun behind its back, giving him the confidence of winning the anti-Japanese War with which Long Yun later marched out to fight against the Japanese invaders and got astonishing battle achievements. During the stalemate stage of the anti-Japanese War, CCP set up the Changjiang Bureau and Workers’Union in Yun nan Province to support Longyun to stick to the anti-Japanese war and persuade him to go in for the democratic activities in Yunnan Province, therefore Yun Nan became the fortress both as the background for democratic activities and as the most front line of the anti-Japanese War. In1945, Longyun was resigned from position in Chongqing and was put in jail in Nanjing.CCP did a lot to help him to get out of their capture and successfully rescued him and took him to Hongkong where he secretly joined the Kuomindang Revolutionary Committee. Since then, he had been on the socialistic road of working with CCP against Jiangjieshi, persuing freedom and equality, devoting himself torealizing communism.Right now the world is going through a great reform and adjustment; culture is fast developing and prosperous; the national development has come to the stage of storming fortifications in deepening the reform and the key time for building up a prosperous society in an all-round way.The Work of United Front is a special part of CPC’s work in politics and masses. Reinforcement in the Work of United Front will firmly support the deepening of Party Construction, the realization of the Chinese Dream of richer country, stronger people and rising of the Chinese People.
