浙江机电职业技术学院创新创业项目管理系统分析与设计

【摘要】 当今社会,信息化技术得到了急速的发展,并在高校教学中得到了广泛的应用,该技术的发展也提高了人们对于复杂的一系列管理系统的要求。创新创业是衡量高校教学水平的一个重要指标,并且,随着浙江省高校创新创业的发展,如果在此时,抓住信息技术这一优势,定能在管理水平和大学生的毕业就业等方面引起极大的积极反响。本文我们在对大学生创新创业项目管理全过程进行关键点分析的基础上,结合互联网和数据库技术设计了一套适用于本校大学生创新创业项目管理的管理系统。论文主要展现以下几方面内容:1、通过大量文献资料进行创新创业管理系统的背景意义、国内外目前发展状况进行了分析。2、讲述了开发本系统的研究理论和所采用的技术,并展开讨论。3、重点且详细地阐述了系统各子模块的业务需求分析、功能需求分析,以及数据需求分析,即采用UML缩略图和实体类图进行数据层分析,利用缩略图自底向上地描述了数据的需求。4、给出了系统的总体设计和各子模块的功能模块设计。并介绍了系统的数据库设计和基本的数据表的设计与实现。利用实体类关联图的实体类到表的映射和实体类的关系映射进行数据库的设计。5、对本文研究的内容和不足进行总结,并给出进一步的工作展望。本文主要模块有在线项目管理、成绩管理、导师答疑管理、项目信息管理和系统管理等子模块。经过浙江机电职业技术学院一段时间的试用,运行情况良好,基本上实现了设计目标。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of modern information technology, information technology has been widely used in university teaching. The development of this technology also improves people will generally improve the requirements for a series of complex management system. At present, the development of innovation and entrepreneurship to college students presenting the booming trend, if we make full use of the advantages of Internet technology, innovation and entrepreneurship students will be able to improve the level of project management, employment for university graduates to make a significant contribution.In this paper, we have the basis for innovation and entrepreneurship students project management of the whole process of analysis of the key points on the combination of the Internet and database technology design a suitable project management, innovation and entrepreneurship students the school management system. Describes the design and implementation process.This paper mainly introduces the following aspect:1.a study of the background, significance, status, current developments at home and abroad, about the development of theory and the technology used in this system, and introduces the system architecture.2, the paper on the development of methods, techniques and tools for modeling and database technology related systems are described.3, focused and detailed description of the implementation system of each sub-module in the design of the system, the overall design of the system and function module design. In the design of the system functional modules gives the functional structure of the package diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and process activity diagram detailing the contents of this paper is to design. When the database design, the main use of the entity class diagrams, ER diagrams and database table structure to carry out the detailed design of four, describes the realization of test systems and applications.After the system is completed, it is tried out in Zhejiang Institute of Mechatronic Technology for a period time, and it is running well. basically achieve the design goals.
