元坝地区试气测试改性完井液研究与应用

【摘要】 元坝气田高温、高压、高含硫等特殊复杂地质条件,导致气田试气测试工作中一直存在着诸多技术难题。特别是在试气测试过程中,将钻井液直接用作完井液,在长期高温静置后,普遍表现出不抗温,重晶石下沉,引发测试管柱堵塞、测试工具失效、射孔枪卡埋等安全事故。通过对该类完井液大量的实验分析发现,抗温性、沉降稳定性变差的原因是该类完井液在长期高温静置下易发生降解,胶体结构被严重破坏。由于元坝地区没有成熟的试气测试完井液体系,在降低成本的前提下对钻井液进行改性研究,形成一套适合元坝地区试气测试的改性完井液体系。通过对钻井液进行改性、优化,发现改性完井液具有良好的抗高温稳定性、沉降稳定性和储层保护性,且成本低廉的优点。同时,储层裂缝、孔洞发育,在完井试气测试过程易引起井漏,导致试气测试失败。为配合完井试气测试,以现有堵漏材料为基础,通过配方优化,形成了一套适合元坝地区试气测试的高酸溶性堵漏配方及配套工艺技术。并摸索出了一套改性完井液评价方法和指标。通过元坝地区4口超深水平井的现场试验,现场改性完井液性能具有优良的抗高温性、沉降稳定性和储层保护性,一次性堵漏成功率达到100%,达到改性完井液的目的,确保完井试气测试施工作业的顺利进行。

【Abstract】 Yuanba gas field high temperature and high pressure, high sulfur and other special complex geological conditions, leading to field test has been the existence of gas testing work with many technical problems. Especially in the gas test in the testing process, the drilling fluid is used directly as completion fluid, in the long-term high temperature static, generally showed no anti temperature, barite sinking, lead pipe plugging test tools, test failure, perforating gun card embedded safety accidents. Based on this kind of completion fluid extensive experimental analysis found that the reason of temperature resistance, the sedimentation stability of variation is the completion fluid in long-term high temperature static prone to degradation, colloid structure was severely damaged. Because Yuanba did not mature gas test test completion fluid system, under the premise of reducing the cost of drilling fluid was modified, the formation of a suitable gas test test of Yuanba area modification and completion fluid system. Based on the drilling fluid was modified and optimized, it was found that the modified completion fluid has good resistance to high temperature stability, sedimentation stability and reservoir protection, and has low cost. At the same time, the reservoir cracks and holes in the completion of gas test development, test process easily cause well leakage, resulting in gas test test failed. To tie in with the completion of gas testing testing, with existing plugging material as the foundation, through the formulation optimization, has formed a set of suitable for gas test test of Yuanba area high acid soluble plugging formula and matching technology. And find out a set of modified completion fluid evaluation method and index. Through the Yuanba area live4Export ultra deep horizontal well test, the site of modification and completion fluid has excellent performance of high temperature resistance, stability of sedimentation and reservoir protection, disposable plugging success rate reached100%, achieved the purpose of modification and completion fluid,ensure the completion of gas testing testing construction work carried out smoothly.
