【摘要】 经济全球化和一体化以来，中国企业在政府的支持和市场经济的洗礼中得到了长足的发展，企业规模的不断扩张和企业业务范围的不断扩大，给企业带来更多经济效益的同时，暴露出来的是企业组织结构不能更好的适应企业发展的问题。企业组织结构作为企业内部支撑企业的主体框架和潜在动力，对企业的正常运行和发展壮大都起着重要的作用。现阶段，部分企业的组织结构不仅不能推动企业的进步，甚至在一定程度上阻碍了企业长期发展战略的实施。本文在众多中小企业中，选取了鲁电集团有限公司作为代表，从组织机构和组织制度两个方面对其组织结构优化进行了研究。首先，通过收集和阅读大量国内外相关文献资料，为本文的组织结构优化研究奠定理论基础。然后，结合熵理论，通过发放调查问卷对鲁电集团组织结构现状进行了分析、判定，并找到了鲁电集团组织结构现存问题。其次，在分析对组织结构效率影响因素的基础上，提出了鲁电集团组织结构优化设计的耗散结构模型，并从组织机构和组织制度两个方面制定了具体的鲁电集团组织结构优化设计方案。最后，提出了鲁电集团组织结构优化设计方案实施的保障措施，以保障方案的顺利实施。本文的研究不仅对鲁电集团组织结构优化提供了具体的方案，同时为我国集团企业组织结构设计、优化提供了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thanks to economic globalization and integration, Chinese enterprises haveachieved great development with the support of government and help of marketeconomy. The constant expand of enterprise scale and business scope has broughtmuch economic profits. Meanwhile, the problem that enterprise organizationstructure does not suit enterprise development has been exposed. Enterpriseorganization structure, main internal support frame and potential impetus, playsan important role in normal operation and development of enterprises. Currently,some enterprise organization structures not only fail to promote development, butalso hinder the implementation of enterprise long-term development strategy tosome extent.This paper selected Leader Group as a representative from many small andmedium-sized enterprises and conducted a research on optimizing its enterpriseorganization structure from organization framework and organization system.Firstly, by collecting and reading lots of related literatures from home and abroad,the author laid solid theoretical foundation for enterprise organization structureoptimization research. Secondly, combined with entropy theory, the author foundout the current organization structure problems of Ludian Electric Power GroupCo. through questionnaire. Thirdly, the author put forward the dissipativestructure model of Ludian Electric Power Group Co. organization structureoptimization on the basis of analyzing organization structure efficiency factors.And the author formulated the specific Ludian Electric Power Group Co.organization structure optimization design from the perspective of organizationframework and organization system. Finally, the author put forward the safeguardmeasures of Ludian Electric Power Group Co. organization structure optimizationdesign to ensure its smooth implementation. This paper not only providedspecific organization structure optimization design for Ludian Electric Power Group Co., but also provided suggestions to enterprise organization structuredesign and optimization of other Chinese enterprises.更多还原
