【摘要】 随着经济全球一体化及计算机技术的高速发展,用办公自动化代替传统办公方式,具有非常重要的意义。通过实现办公数字化,可优化现有组织结构,调整管理机制；可提高个人办公效率,增加内部人员协同办公能力,并辅助领导做出科学决策。另外,衡量一个企业现代化管理的标准之一就是其实现办公自动化的程度。所以,一个企业要长久发展,就必须拥有属于自己的一套独有的办公自动化系统。总体上,本办公自动化系统应具有经济可行性、技术可行性、易用性及安全性等特点,及人事管理、部门管理、邮件管理等功能。从系统总体实现特点及功能两方面着手对办公自动化系统进行详细的分析。然后从多个方面对自动化系统进行设计,设计包括系统架构设计、角色设计、功能设计、数据库设计、安全性设计等方面。本系统基于B/S模式,采用ASP. NET框架作为系统的开发环境,采用Microsoft SQL Server2005作为数据库管理,用C#语言实现程序,并用黑白盒等常见方法对系统进行测试。在对系统进行详细需求分析和设计的基础上,本系统实现了人事管理、部门管理、邮件管理、文档管理、通讯录管理、个人办公和公告通知七个功能模块的办公自动化系统,并对各功能及其性质进行了测试,各功能可以实现,性能良好,系统稳定。除此,本系统的实现对基于B/S结构的中小型企业办公自动化系统的开发方法、系统实现等具有一定的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 With economic globalization and the rapid development of computer technology, replacing the traditional working mode with office automatic (also be short-called "OA") is very significant. Implementing digital office can optimize the existing organizational structure and adjust the management mechanism. Meanwhile, it can improve personal working efficiency, develop the corporative working ability among the enterprise internal labors, and help leader make scientific decision. Besides, one of the standards measuring an enterprise’s modern management is level of its OA. Therefore, if an enterprise wants to be in an impregnable position, it must have its unique set of office automatic system.Generally, the OA has properties like economical feasibility, technical feasibility, easy to use and security. Also it has functions like personnel management、mailbox management, etc. From two aspects as properties the OA has and the system’s specific function module. Based on the analysis, design the OA system considering lots of aspects like system framework design、character design、function module design、database design and security design etc. This paper takes B/S mode, makes ASP.NET as development environment, lets Microsoft SQL Server2005as database management, and uses C#as its programming language.Based on the detailed system demand analysis and design, in all the above described environment, this system implements seven function modules as personnel management、 division management、mailbox management、document management、contact management、 personal office and notice, and test functions and properties of these modules. The result shows that the proposed system has high performance.
