温度传感器自动检定系统设计

【摘要】 温度计量在工农业生产、科学研究、环境保护、节约能源以及人们的日常生活中均起着举足轻重的作用。热电偶和热电阻温度传感器在工业生产和日常生活中有着广泛的应用,我国的计量法规定,温度传感器在使用的过程中需要进行周期性的检定和校准工作,以确保温度传感器测温的准确性,温度量值的有效传递。而传统的计量检定过程需要靠人工操作,效率低、强度大且易出错,很难保证检定的自动化和规范化。随着计量科学技术的发展,温度传感器的计量内容也在发生着很大的变化,测量手段在不断的改进,计量器具的技术性能在不断提高,与之相应的检定规程、校准规范、行业标准也在与时俱进的修订完善。因此,对温度传感器计量检定工作的要求也在不断提高。本文论述了温度传感器自动检定系统的设计与实现,热工计量领域需要对热电偶和热电阻传感器进行自动检定和校准。检定系统主要包括:热工检定炉、高精度炉温控制器、热工低热电势转换开关、数字多用表、可视化自动检定上位机软件组成。软件部分,课题应用C++Builder平台开发系统上位机软件,将ITS90温标换算公式及标准热电阻、工业热电阻、标准热电偶、贵金属热电偶和廉金属热电偶检定规程中的数据处理算法集成到应用软件中,实现了检定数据处理的自动化。硬件部分,课题设计出基于岛电SR93的高精度检定炉控温器,根据检定规程的要求对高温炉进行快速、平稳的控温。再应用自行开发出的热工低热电势转换开关和高精度数字多用表依据检定规程的要求,自动采集放置在热工控温炉中多路通道的热电偶和热电阻传感器模拟信号输出值。通过上位机软件对所采集到数据进行处理,判断其是否符合检定和校准要求,研究内容属于热工计量学术领域。课题所研究设计的温度传感器自动检定系统是一种集计算机技术、电子测量技术、自动控制技术于一体的自动化检定系统。课题采用高精度的温度控制器,使控温时间缩短,并利用计算机控制低热电势转换开关和数字多用表进行数据的自动采集,实现了自动化的检定过程,这不仅大大提高了工作效率,还提升了数据的可靠性,同时也减轻了检定员的劳动强度,使温度传感器的检定能力有了较大的提高。该系统可广泛用于计量、军工、电力、油田、冶金、化工等行业。

【Abstract】 Temperature measurement in industrial and agricultural production, scientific research, environmental protection, energy saving, and People’s Daily life plays an important role. Thermocouple and thermal resistance temperature sensor has been widely used in industrial production and daily life application, the regulations of measurement, temperature sensor in the process of using the need for periodic verification and calibration work, to ensure the accuracy of the temperature sensor temperature measurement, temperature effective transfer of the value. The traditional metrological verification process need to rely on manual operation, low efficiency, strength and error-prone, difficult to ensure that test automation and standardization.With the development of science and technology of measuring temperature sensor of measuring content are also great changes happening, measurements in continuous improvement, the technical characteristics of the measuring instruments in constantly improve, and the corresponding verification regulations and calibration of standard, improve the revision of the industry standard is also advancing with The Times. Therefore, the temperature sensor metrological verification request has been improved. This paper discusses the automatic temperature sensor calibration system; the design and implementation of thermal metering areas need the thermocouple and thermal resistance sensors for automatic verification and calibration. Verification system mainly includes:the calibration furnace, high precision temperature controller, hot low thermal potential switch, DMMS, visual automatic verification of upper machine software. Software part, subject PC software, using c++Builder platform development system will ITS90scale conversion formula and standard of thermal resistance, industrial thermal resistance, thermocouple, precious metal thermocouple and inexpensive metal thermocouple verification regulation of data processing algorithm is integrated into the application, realize the automation of the test data processing. The hardware part, subject design based on island power SR93high-precision calibration furnace thermostat, Then according to the requirement of the verification regulation of high temperature furnace for rapid and stable temperature control.Application developed by thermal again low thermal potential switch and high precision digital millimeters based on verification code requirements, automatic gathering place multiplexer channel in the thermal furnace temperature control of thermocouple and thermal resistance sensor analog signal output values. Data collected through the PC software for processing, whether it conform to the requirements of the verification and calibration, the research content belongs to thermal measuring academic areas.Subject research design temperature sensor for automatic calibration system is a collection of computer technology, electronic measurement technology, and automatic control technology in the integration of the automatic verification system. Subject adopts high precision temperature control, temperature control time shortened, and use the computer control switch and DMMS low thermal electric potential data of automatic data collection, automated verification process, which not only greatly improve the working efficiency, and improve the reliability of data, and to reduce the labor intensity of the commissioner, make temperature sensor detection capability has a larger increase. The system can be widely used in measurement, war industry, electric power, oil field, metallurgy, chemical industry, etc.
