剩余污泥的高温固态厌氧消化

【摘要】 我国污水处理能力的提高使得剩余污泥量不断增加,畜禽养殖的扩大导致抗生类药物的大量使用,由此造成的环境问题日益突出,同时,随着社会的发展,能源短缺问题也日益严重。本文利用固态高温厌氧消化处理污水处理厂剩余污泥,并研究了抗生类药物磺胺喹噁啉钠对固态高温厌氧消化产气性能的影响,同时采用太阳能热水器将太阳能转化为热能为固态高温厌氧消化提供热能,探讨其实用性。具体结论如下:(1)高温厌氧消化中沼气和消化液循环的实验结果表明,对消化液进行循环在提高产气量和甲烷含量上具有一定的作用,而对沼气进行脱氨处理,对产气量和甲烷含量影响并不大。通过SEM分析探究了消化过程中小麦秸秆的降解。(2)通过实验以太阳能热水器为热源的厌氧消化系统运行稳定。利用太阳能热水器将太阳能转化为热能为高温厌氧消化工艺提供所需的热能在经济上是可行的,系统本身耗电量约占产气热值的7.99%,在工程应用中有一定的价值。(3)磺胺喹噁啉钠对固态剩余污泥高温厌氧消化产气性能有抑制作用,且随着浓度的增大抑制作用越明显。

【Abstract】 With the expanding of the livestock breeding, the increasing amount of excesssludge and antibiotic drug dosage, which results in the environmental problems thathave become increasingly prominent. Meanwhile, with the development of society,the problem of the shortage of energy has also been increasingly serious. In this paper,I employ the feature that solid sludge can be in thermophilic anaerobic digestion totreat excess sludge and study how sodium sulfa quinoxaline morpholine in antibioticdrugs has effect on the performance of producing the gas in anaerobic digestion inhigh temperature. I utilize solar water heaters to convert solar energy as heat so thatthe heat can provide heat that is needed in process of thermophilic anaerobic digestionand explore the practicality of that. Specific conclusions are as follows:(1) The experimental results in digestive gas and digestive liquid in process ofthermophilic anaerobic digestion suggests that the digestive liquid plays a good role ingas production and methane content, but has no obvious effect in deaminase forbiogas processing gas production and methane content. Explores the process ofdigestion of wheat straw degradation by SEM analysis.(2) The anaerobic digestion system works stable using the heat that solar waterheaters provide. The thermal energy that solar water heaters convert solar energy intocan be provided as heat in thermophilic anaerobic digestion, which is economicallyfeasible. The system itself is producing power consumption accounts for about7.99%of the calorific value of the gas, there is some value in engineering applications.(3) Sulfaquinoxaline sodium has an inhibition in the performance of producinggas in process of solid sludge thermophilic anaerobic digestion, and with increasingconcentration, it becomes more obvious.
