【摘要】 目的：研究影响丹参在复方中功效发挥方向的因素,如配伍、剂型、剂量、炮制、服用方法等,阐明丹参常用配伍结构的作用机理,揭示丹参在复方中的配伍规律。方法：以《中医方剂大辞典》为依据,收集含丹参的方剂507首。用Excel建立数据库,通过筛选、排序、查找、自动求和等工具,统计分析丹参的配伍、剂型、剂量、炮制、服用方法等对其在复方中功效发挥方向的影响。结果：丹参的功效可以归纳为止痛、调经止带、止痒消痈、养血除烦安神、安胎五大功效。影响丹参在复方中功效发挥方向的因素包括配伍环境、剂型、剂量、炮制、服用方法等。与丹参配伍使用频率居前6位的中药按功效分类依次为：补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药、解表药、理气药、安神药。常见的配伍结构为：配伍三七、丹皮、檀香、独活长于活血止痛；配伍延胡索、茯苓长于和胃止痛；配伍益母草、当归长于调经止带；配伍连翘、乌蛇长于止痒消痈；配伍石菖蒲、麦冬长于养血除烦安神；配伍阿胶、当归长于安胎。在剂量方面,丹参发挥止痛、调经止带、止痒消痈、养血除烦安神的功效时其用量多在30g以下；发挥安胎功效时用量以小剂量(<7.5g)为主。在剂型方面,含丹参的复方常用的剂型为汤剂和丸剂。在炮制方面,酒炙可以增强丹参止痛和调经止带的功效。在服法方面,多为温服,以增强活血调经,和胃健脾之功。结论：配伍是决定丹参在复方中功效发挥方向的主要因素,剂型、剂量、炮制、服用方法等对丹参在复方中功效发挥方向也有不同程度的影响。丹参在复方中功效发挥方向是各种因素综合作用的结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study on compatibility.dosage form,dosage,processing,oral medica-tions etc such influence factors about functional direction of Danshen (Salvia miltiorrhiza) unctional direction of Danshen in Formula.Expounding the action mechanism about Danshen in common compatibility.Revealed compatibility rule of Danshen in complex prescription.Methods:Based on Dictionary of Chinese medicine prescriptions collected507prescriptions with Danshen Built up the data base with the software Excel. Used screening, sorting, automatic summation,searching and much more tool,by the statistical analysis of data base found compatibility,dosage form,dosage,processing,oral medications marked effects between functional direction of Danshen in complex prescription.Results:The effect of Danshen can be summarized as relieving pain, regulating menstruation and arresting leucorrhoea, relieving itch and eliminating carbuncle, nourishing blood and relieving restlessness and uneasiness and preventing miscarrige. To control the direction of the efficacy of play in the compound Danshen factors including compatibility environment, dosage, processing, dosage form, and insructions. With Danshen compatibility among the top six drugs are as follows:drugs for tonifying deficiency, for clearing heat, for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, for relieving exterior syndrome, for regulating qi flow,sedative drugs. Common compatibility structures are:the compatibility of sanqi, danpi, sandalwood and duhuo is good for promoting blood circulation to arrest pain; the compatibility of husuoand fuling is good for regulating stomach-qi and relieving pain; the compatibility of motherwort and angelica is good for regulating menstruation and arresting leucorrhoea; the compatibility of lianqiao and garter snake is good for relieving itch and eliminating carbuncle; the compatibility of shichangpu and maidong is good for nourishing blood and relieving restlessness and uneasiness; the compatibility of donkeyhide gelatin and angelica is good for preventing miscarrige. When act on the pain, regulate menstruation and arrest leucorrhoea, nourish blood and relieve restlessness and uneasiness, the dosge should below30g; while play a fetus effect the dosage should be in small doses (<7.5g). In term of dosage foem, containing Danshen compound commonly used dosage forms for decoction and pills. In term of processing, stir frying with wine can enhance the effect of danshen for aelieving pain, regulating menstruation and arresting leucorrhoea, In term of usage, we should obey the warmtaken decoction to increase blood regulate the menstrual function,spleen and stomach.Conclusion:Compatibility is the main factors influencing the effect of Danshen in complex prescription; dose, formulation, processing, and instruction also can produce dirrerent influence on Danshen’s function. In Danshen compound prescription performance direction is the result of various factors.更多还原
