液压试验平台控制系统研究

【摘要】 液压元器件测试平台主要用于液压元器件的性能测试,并为其继续使用或更换提供试验参考数据。传统的液压测试平台采用“传感器+模拟二次仪表”的方式,手动操作,手工记录,工作量大,工作效率低,可靠性差。随着液压技术越来越广泛的应用,对高度自动化的液压元件测试系统的需求也日益增长。本文主要针对作为该类测试系统核心开发内容的控制系统进行研究。本文首先根据测试平台人机交互频繁,对外界环境监视、控制量大的特点确定了以工控机作为上位机、PLC作为下位机的分布式基本体系结构。然后,采用用例分析技术建立系统的功能需要模型,以此作为进一步开发的依据。在需求分析的基础上,抽象出更具有普遍性的试验用软件人机交互模式,并且将其映射到基于西门子公司组态软件Wincc的上位机界面布局和系统功能设计。试验数据的处理、存储和打印报表则是通过Wincc操作Access数据库的方式来实现。接下来研究了如何上下位机协调实现多工况循环等典型功能,以及上下位机的命令、反馈和采集数据的交互协议。在下位机的PLC控制系统的设计研究中,首先根据试验平台各部分的空间分布特点和对控制系统的性能要求,选择CPU315-2PN/DP作为主站,ET200M作为从站,使用PROFIBUS-DP网络进行通讯的方式作为PLC系统的基本结构,然后通过综合考虑I/O信号、模块功能、存储容量等因素完成PLC的硬件选型。其后,采用模块化的方式进行PLC的软件系统设计。本文最后提出了一种在Wincc与PLC间通过采用原始数据变量进行通讯来实现的PLC高速数据采集的解决方案,可将Wincc中的数据采集时间由原来的250ms降低至20ms以下。在实际工作中,根据上述设计分别编制了上位机和下位机程序,通过测试应用到实际系统中。

【Abstract】 The hydraulic component test platform is mainly used for performance testing of hydraulic components, providing the test reference data for it use or replacement. Traditional hydraulic test plat form "Sensor+Analog secondary instrument", is in the way of manual operation, manual records. It leads to a heavy workload, low efficiency and poor reliability.With the increasingly wide application of hydraulic technology, the demand for highly automated test system of hydraulic components is growing day by day. This paper mainly studys the control system, as the core of the test system.First, according to the test platform have the characteristics of human-computer interaction frequently and a large quantity of monitoring the environment and control, this paper adopts the basic architecture of the control system that IPC as the host computer, PLC as the lower machine. Then the paper uses the use case technique to establish the funcitional requirement model as the basis for further development. On the basis of needs analysis, the paper abstracts more universal human-computer interaction mode in the test software, and maps it to the host computer interface layout and system function design based on the Siemens conFig. uration software Wincc. The processing, storage and report print of the test data is achieved by the way of Wincc operating an Access database. Next the paper studys how the upper and lower machine coordinate to achieve the typical functions such as multi-mode cycle and the interaction of command, feedback, and data collection. In the study of PLC control system, based on the space distribution characteristics of the platform and the performance requirements of the control system, the paper selects the CPU315-2PN/DP as master, ET200M as a slave and the PROFIBUS-DP network to communicate, as a PLC the basic structure of the system, and then by considering the I/O signals, the module features, storage capacity and other factors to select the PLC module. Then the paper designs the PLC software system in the way of modular. At last the paper proposes the solution of high-speed data acquisition through the use of raw data variables to communicate with the Wince and PLC. The data acquisition time in the Wincc can be reduced from250ms to20ms.
