【摘要】 二十世纪九十年代以来,我国高等教育出现了集约化、产业化及国际化的趋势,大学城建设成为高校校园发展的热潮,其发展也引起了社会各方面的关注。高校校园是一个动态发展的过程,校园区位以其与城市关系的变化过程记载着城市和高校的发展轨迹,这种轨迹是一个历史传承的过程,但是中国高校区位变化又有自身的特点,不同于国外高校区位的历史连续发展历程,因此研究昆明这座历史文化名城的高校区位更具有普遍意义,对我国高校校园区位变化趋势的预测更有借鉴意义。本文以二十世纪初出现的私立东陆大学开始至今的近百年问昆明中心城区的高校校园为研究对象,以其在城市中的区位变化为研究内容,试图通过回顾昆明高校校园区位的发展演变过程,深入剖析其不同历史时期内高校区位分布的特征,探索造成区位变化的原因以及其影响结果和动力机制,并对中国高校区位发展的趋势和规划理论提出预见和建议。全文共分六章：第一章绪论是论文的准备部分,梳理了国内外关于高校校园及区位领域的研究现状,并界定了校园区位的概念,阐述论文研究背景与意义,并提出本文的研究框架。第二章是论文的研究基础部分,系统地梳理了国内外高校校园发展过程,以及高校校园区位的演变过程,并对国内外高校校园区位与城市的空间关系进行归纳总结。第三章是区位的演变分析,研究昆明中心城区不同历史时期高校校园的分布,总结了昆明高校校园区位变化及其特征以及高校校园与城市的空间关系和内在联系。第四章研究昆明高校校园区位变化所产生的影响,通过高校区位变化对社会、城市和人群以及自身四个层面的影响进行研究和分析。第五章分析了昆明中心城区高校校园区位演变的动力机制,从宏观、中观、微观层面进行分析总结。第六章为结论,对昆明高校校园区位的研究结论做出总结,并提出我国高校校园区位的发展影响因素,展望高校校园区位的发展趋势,并提出一些未来高校校园区位的规划建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the1990s, the higher education of our country has appeared the trend of intensification, industrialization and internationalization. University town construction become hotter and hotter, its development also attracted the attention of the society. University campus development is a dynamic process, the process between campus location change and the city records the way and the development track of city and University. Although this track is a process of historical heritage, Chinese university location change has its own characteristics, which is different from the foreign university location history continuous development. Therefore, it is of more universal significance to study the historical city of Kunming university location and to predict the development trend of Chinese university campus location.This thesis begins from the early twentieth century private Donglu University to the university campus in the central district of Kunming which is nearly a hundred years old as the research objects, regarding its change in the city location as research content I try to review the development of Kunming campus location process evolution, analyzing the location distribution features of University during different historical periods and exp loring the cause of location variation, the effect and dynamic mechanism. Thus I give foresight and suggestions on development and planning theory of the Chinese university location.The thesis includes six chapters:The first chapter is the background of the thesis, combing the research status at domestic and abroad on the university campus and the location field, defining the concept of campus location, describing the research background and significance, and proposing research framework.The second chapter of the thesis is the basis of the research, systematically combing the process of development of university campus and abroad, as well as the evolution of the location of campus, and spatial relationships between abroad Campus location and urban are summarized.The third chapter is the evolution analysis of location, studying the distribution of university campus in the central district of Kunming in different historical periods, summarizing up the changes of Kunming university campus location and its characteristics and the university campus and the city’s spatial relations and internal relations.The fourth Chapter researches the effect of Kunming university campus location change, researching and analysing the impact of the location change on four dimensions: society, city, people and itself.The fifth chapter analyzes the dynamic mechanism of the university campus location evolution in the central district of Kunming, analyzing and summarizing from the macro, meso and micro levels.The sixth chapter is the conclusion, making the summery of the university campus location evolution’s conclusions, proposing the factors of development of the campus location in our country, looking ahead at the development tendency of campus location, and putting forward some planning suggestions of university campus location in the future.更多还原
