便携式锂电池安全试验方法研究

【摘要】 进入二十一世纪以后,信息技术产业蓬勃发展,以智能手机、数码照相、平板电脑为代表的电子信息产品日益普及;另一方面,传统石油、天然气等化学燃料燃烧带来的资源紧张和污染问题推动了世界各国加紧绿色新兴能源产业开发。便携式锂电池产品凭借着高电压、高功率、高容量、长寿命、无污染等优点,在数码电子设备和动力设备领域都有着广泛的应用。随着可充放电二次锂电池越来越走向高容量、高功率发展趋势,其产品的安全性能也日益受到了关注。对于传统的化学电池,如铅酸电池、镍镉电池以及金属氢化物镍电池来说,由于电池体系通常为水溶液体系,而且其能量密度相对来说不高,因此在使用过程中基本是安全的。对于锂电池,在正常使用的情况下一般也是安全的,但是在不合理的误用或滥用条件下则会产生很大的危险。各种电池应用领域的不同,使得其使用方法各不相同,操作条件也各有差异,导致在实际使用过程中出现不同问题。而国内标准中相关安全性能检测往往是对所有锂电池的通用要求,缺乏这些有针对性使用条件下的特殊考虑。本课题通过对一系列数码电子产品和动力设备典型应用模式的模拟,观察其中便携式锂电池电流、电压、容量、表面温度的变化,分析影响因素和安全隐患,从而得出便携式锂电池在不同产品使用过程中的不同应用模式下的安全评价建议,总结出对各类便携式锂电池安全性有重要影响的实际应用模式。本课题通过对各类便携式锂电池安全性有重要影响的实际应用模式与现行锂电池标准相比较,探究现行标准中试验项目的适用性,为有针对性地修订相关标准提供参考依据,为进一步加强对锂电池产品的检验监管、规范行业发展提供技术支持。

【Abstract】 Since the21century,with the rapid development of information technologyindustry, the electronic information products such as intelligent mobilephone, digital camera, tablet PC, have increased in popularity.On the otherhand,the problems of shortage resources and environment pollution caused byconventional oil, natural gas and other chemical fuel combustion,push thegreen new energy industry developing aroud the world. Portable lithium batteryproducts with advantages of high voltage, high power, high capacity, long life,no pollution and so on, are widely used in the field of digital electronicequipment and power equipment. With the secondary lithium batteries, whichcan be charged and discharged, more and more toward high capacity and highpower development trend, the safety performance of the product are alsoincreasingly attracted the attention.For traditional chemical battery, such as lead-acid batteries, nickelcadmium battery and nickel metal hydride batteries, as the battery system isusually water system, and its energy density is relatively lower, thereforethese batteries are usually safe in normal use.But under the condition of theunreasonable misuse or abuse,these batteries will also produce very big risk.The variable applications in the field of different batteries, make its usemethods and operating conditions are also different,and lead to differentproblems in the process of actual use.The safety tests in domestic standardsare often the general requirements for all lithium batteries,lack some specialconsiderations of targeted use.Through simulating a series typical application models of digitalelectronic products and power equipments,observing the change of the portablelithium battery’s current, voltage, capacity, surface temperature,analyzingthe influence factors and security risks, this topic will get the safety evaluations and suggestions of the portable lithium battery in differentproducts and different application modes,summary a practical application modewhich has an important impact on the safety for all kinds of portable Lithiumbattery.This topic compares the application modes which have important impactson the safety of all kinds of portable lithium batteries to the currently validlithium batteries’ standards,explores applicability tests in currentstandards, in order to provide references for the revision of relevantstandards,and provide technical supports to strengthen the inspection andsupervision of lithium battery products,regulate the development of thebattery industry.
