【摘要】 通过对中学体育教师进行大样本的问卷调研,细化我国中学体育教师职业认同、教学效能感相关的研究对象,以补充这方面的调查数据；通过对调查数据进行单因素方差分析和相关性分析,将我国中学体育教师职业认同和教学效能感的现状及其相互关系进行比较研究,以了解我国中学体育教师职业认同和教学效能感的现状,揭示中学体育教师职业认同和教学效能感的特征及其相互关系。《教师职业认同量表》来自魏淑华在2008年《教师职业认同研究》中自行编制的,《教学效能感量表》来自俞国良等人在1995年编制并验证。本研究对全国各地中学体育教师进行量表发放,其中有效样本总量为349份,共发放电子版问卷231份,纸质版问卷216份。根据研究结果得出以下结论：(1)我国中学体育教师职业认同总体水平比较高。(2)不同性别、年龄、学历、学校所在地、职称和教龄的中学体育教师在职业认同水平上存均在显著差异。其中,女性水平显著高于男性,学校所在地在农村的中学体育教师职业认同水平最低,学校所在地在城市的中学体育教师职业认同水平最高,职称越高的中学体育教师职业认同水平越高,其中教龄为21-30年的中学体育教师职业认同水平最低。不同月收入水平的中学体育教师在职业认同总体水平上不存在显著差异。(3)我国中学体育教师教学效能感位于中等偏上水平,其中,一般教育效能感水平最高。(4)不同性别、年龄、学历、月收入水平、学校所在地、教龄和职称的中学体育教师在教学效能感总体水平均存在显著差异。其中,年龄越大教学效能感总体水平越低,学校所在地在城市的中学体育教师水平最高,职称越高的中学体育教师教学效能感水平越高。(5)中学体育教师职业认同和教学效能感具有较高的相关性。在各维度比较中,一般教育效能感与角色价值观呈显著正相关,但与职业行为倾向、职业价值观和职业归属感均为显著负相关；个人教学效能感与角色价值观呈一般显著正相关,与职业行为倾向和职业价值观呈显著正相关,与职业归属感则基本不存在相关性。更多还原

Based on the results the following conclusions:(1) the overall level of high school sports professional identity of teachers in China are relatively high.(2) different genders, ages middle school PE teacher, education, school location, title and seniority level in the professional identity were significant differences exist.
