通用软件无线电平台基带处理板的设计与实现

【摘要】 基带处理板卡是软件无线电平台的最重要的模块之一,主要负责所有基带信号的处理和数据交互。从产品定义和产品性能需求出发,基带处理板卡的需求主要是数据运算能力和板上及板间数据交互能力。基于这两个需求,本次设计中选用了TI (Texas Instruments)公司推出的C66系列的多核DSP (Digital Signal Processor)和Xilinx公司的Spartan-6系列的高速大型FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array)。DSP主要负责数据运算和与板外的数据交互,FPGA主要负责数字信号的初步处理和板内数据交互。本文主要内容是应用C66系列DSP和Spartan-6系列FPGA开发一款软件无线电平台的基带处理板卡,本文的具体内容如下:第一章介绍课题背景,阐述本人在课题中的主要工作以及本文的结构和内容安排。第二章经过对系统的分析确定板卡设计的总方案,并根据方案给出板卡的逻辑框图,最后对板卡上主要芯片的选型、对应功能作用和对外交互接口等进行详细的描述;第三章完成板卡的原理图设计。内容包括DSP芯片、FPGA芯片、PHY芯片等主要芯片的外围电路设计和电源模块、时钟模块、复位模块等主要模块的电路设计。第四章完成基带板的PCB设计和调试,PCB设计包括芯片布局、走线、电源平面分割,工艺要求等。最后完成板卡的调试,达到系统的基本功能要求。第五章完成板卡的自检系统设计。包括DSP部分接口自检设计、FPGA部分接口自检设计,以及自检界面设计。第六章对整篇论文进行总结及展望。

【Abstract】 The baseband processor board is one of the most important modules of software radio platform, responsible for processing for the allbaseband signal and datainterfacing. Based on the product definition and requirements, data processing and data exchangebetween two boards are the main demand. Based on these two requirements, the design chosenTI’s (Texas Instruments) multi-core C66DSP and Xilinx’s Spartan-6FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array).DSP is primarily responsible for dataoperations and exchange,FPGA isprimarily responsible for the digital signal’s preliminary processingand data exchange with DSP.Application of C66series DSP and Spartan-6family FPGA developed a piece of software radio platform baseband board is the main content of the paper. Specific contents are as follows.The first chapter introduces the subject background, describes the structure and content of the arrangements, and author’s mainly work on the subject.The second chapterdetermines the design program,and gives the logic diagram of the board. Finally, describes theselection of the main chips.The third chapter completes schematic design. The main contents includeperipheral circuit designofDSP, FPGA, PHY and power module, clock module, reset module.The fourth chaptercompletes PCB design and board’s debug. PCB designincludeschips layout, routing, split power plane, process requirements.Finally finishs board commissioning.The fifth chaptercompletes self-checking system, includingDSP, FPGAself-test design and self-test interface design.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole paper and outlook.
