【摘要】 随着社会主义市场经济体制的逐步完善,我国农村土地制度、农业经营体制等相关的变革也取得重大进展,农业发展进入新的历史阶段。在日趋市场化、国际化的产业背景下,继续研究和探索农村经营的组织模式,运行机制、土地流转的途径策略及变革方向,不断激发农业生产活力,提升农业科技应用,增强产业结构调整,逐步建立起一个稳定、高效的农业经营体系,对确保我国农业生产力不断提高,农业现代化进一步实现,农产品有效供给,农民增收有重大理论和现实意义。作者查阅了大量国内外有关家庭农场方面的文献,并通过对其进行分类梳理,较好地把握了我国农村经济发展的演革、问题,变革方向及策略；总结了发达国家和地区,主要包括美国、法国、日本等国家庭农场模式的政策理念及政策体系、组织形式等方面的经验,以期为我国家庭农场发展提供启示和借鉴；结合本人所学专业知识,通过深入农村基层,了解其对土地制度及经营模式的看法,征求其对我国家庭农场方面的意见和建议；同时,通过与农业方面的业内人员及部分研究专家进行访谈,了解他们对我国发展家庭农场模式的看法及见解。所有这些工作,使本人较好地把握了本研究所需要的文献资料和第一手实证材料。进而,对我国现行农村土地制度及农业经营模式的问题及原因进行了剖析,并结合农户、专家、农业部门业内人员对我国家庭农场发展的建议,以及发达国家和地区的经验,提出了我国家庭农场改革、创新和发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the gradual improvement of the socialist market economy, reform of China’s rural land system, agricultural management system and other related has made significant progress, agricultural development has entered a new historical stage. In the increasingly market-oriented, internationalization of the industry background, the rural management mode of organization to study and explore the ways to change direction, strategy and operation mechanism, the land circulation, continue to stimulate agricultural production activity, enhance the application of agricultural science and technology, enhance the adjustment of industrial structure, and gradually establish a stable, efficient agricultural management system, continuous improvement to ensure that our agricultural productivity, agricultural modernization further implementation, the effective supply of agricultural products, farmers’ income has great theoretical and realistic significance.The author refers to lots of literatures at home and abroad on the family farm, and by classifying the, a better grasp of the development of rural economy in China evolution, problems, and strategy change direction; summarizes the developed countries and regions, including USA, France, Japan and other countries family farm mode policy idea and the policy system, organization form and other aspects of the experience, in order to provide inspiration and reference for the development of family farms in China; combined with the knowledge I have learned, through in-depth rural grass-roots level, understand the land system and the operation mode of view, for the family farm in the views and suggestions; at the same time, to interview by industry personnel and in agriculture and research experts, understand their views and opinions on the development of the family farm model in china. All these work, so I better grasp of the needs of the literature and the first-hand material evidence. Then, on the analysis of the current rural land system and agricultural management mode and the reasons for the problems, and combined with farmers, expert, Ministry of agriculture industry for the development of China’s family farm, and the experience of developed countries and regions, and puts forward some countermeasures for our family farm reform, innovation and development.更多还原
