【摘要】 高中是人生走向幸福未来的一个必经阶段,是学生自我认识、自我了解的重要时期,是他们世界观、人生观和价值观基本形成的关键时刻。在此期间,他们要经历如何选择文理科、高考志愿填报何种专业、考不上大学又何去何从等等人生的重大课题和抉择。因此,为了避免高中生盲目选择而导致上大学后频频转专业的情况发生,为了不出现大学生错选专业而厌学辍学无法完成学业的现象,为了少一点大学毕业生因为专业不对口放弃就业、在家啃老的社会问题,把职业生涯规划教育从大学阶段下移到高中阶段显得尤为重要且迫在眉睫。本文试图通过一定范围内的文献研究、结合笔者自身的经历,阐释了高中职业生涯规划教育的必要性。结合笔者所做的问卷调查结果,总结出了当前普通高中职业生涯规划教育的现状、问题,并进一步分析问题产生的原因。在此基础上,根据我国教育的大环境,结合S市的教育实情,借鉴国内外职业生涯教育的经验与教训,提出了具有一定可行性和操作性较强的对策。本文共分四个部分。绪论部分介绍了本文问题提出的背景,国内外研究的现状,相关的概念界定和理论基础,研究思路及研究方法。正文的第一章提出普通高中实施职业生涯规划教育的必要性。指出在高中进行生涯教育是高中生身心发展的本质需求,是社会发展的现实需要,是普通高中教育发展的迫切要求,更是职业生涯规划教育自身发展的需要。正文第二章,在调查问卷和实地访谈的基础上,笔者鸟瞰了S市一些高中学校开展职业生涯规划教育的现状,对其原因进行了剖析。通过调查,笔者发现高中职业生涯规划教育呈现出下列问题：高中生缺乏对自我、对社会职业的认识,生涯规划意识淡薄,学校和家长对学生的职业生涯规划不够重视。第三章就普通高中职业生涯规划教育的实施策略进行了探讨。一是应遵循的基本原则；二是普及“职业生涯规划”的理念；三是将职业生涯规划教育纳入课程体系；四是加强对学生的职业咨询和指导；五是普通高中成功实施职业生涯规划教育的保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The senior high period is an essential phase when students get to know themselves, basically form their own world outlook, life perspective and values and finally march toward a happy future. During this period, they are expected to experience such real life choices as choosing arts or science, selections of colleges and majors as well as decisions on where to go if they fail the NMET. Therefore, it is vital that we should advance the career planning education from in university to senior high school in order for the freshmen not to frequently change their majors, the sophomore not to drop out due to hating school or for the graduates not to give up poor employment and depend on their parents for a living because what is learned doesn’t agree with what is needed.This thesis tries to clarify the necessity of implementing career planning education in senior high schools based on a comprehensive documentary research, reference to some relevant works, magazines and my personal experiences. According to the field questionnaires I conclude the present situation of career education and dig out the reasons behind it. Considering the actual educational environment of our country and S city and modeling after the successful practice of foreign career education, I give some practical and operable advice on the solutions to the problems of bringing the career education into effect.This paper is divided into four parts. The first part gives an introduction to the research background, current research situations, related concepts, theoretical basis as well as research ideas and methods. In the body, the first chapter is about the necessity of carrying out career education, pointing out that career planning is basic for students’ physical and mental development, vital for social and high school progress, and last but not least, for the advancing of career education itself. Besides, it is also a way to lessen the pressure of university enrollment, avoid talent waste and balance of the labor force distribution. The second chapter deals with the current problems of career education in some high schools in S city based on interviews and questionnaires. They include the students’lack of self-knowledge, understanding of different professions, sense of career planning as well as the ignorance of parents and schools on career planning education. The third chapter explores the implementing strategies of career education:the principles to follow, popularization of career planning concept, building career planning courses, enhancing counseling and guidance as well as workable social security systems.更多还原
