【摘要】 企业资源计划ERP是当前企业信息化管理工具的典型代表。基于市场的需求，ERP在我国已经得到广泛推广。尤其是在我国制造业和供应链迅速发展的背景下，大批量的供应链中小制造企业对ERP展现出极大的需求。在我国ERP实施成功率较低的现实下，对此类企业的ERP选型和实施进行研究具有一定意义。本文试图从供应链的环境背景和企业特性出发，对处于供应链环节的中小制造企业进行ERP选型和实施的研究。本文首先将供应链上的中小型制造企业从中小企业中划分出来。并且分析了供应链上的中小制造企业的特性，根据中小企业ERP实施运用的普遍现状，分析了供应链上的中小制造企业ERP实施的相关问题和要点。其次根据供应链的环境背景，讨论了供应链上中小制造企业的选型和实施相关内容。通过对比，分析了一般独立型企业和供应链上中小制造企业在选型和实施的不同，并从对供应链的逆向影响角度，分析了供应链上中小制造企业选型和实施的要求。文中运用质量功能展开法，对此类企业的ERP选型问题进行研究。然后，根据环境特征，对该类企业进行基于供应链的实施分析。运用成本作业法确定关键合作者，用于集成对象的选择和关键业务的分析。接着在企业内外环境分析的基础上，对此类企业的信息集成方式和业务重组进行探讨。最后以T企业为案例，对其ERP的选型、重要合作者确认、企业内外环境确认、基于供应链集成、业务重组等方面进行分析研究，从而进一步阐明本文思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 ERP is typical of Enterprise information management tools. Based on the market demand,ERP is widely used in our country. Because of the development of manufacturing industry andsupply chain, there are many small and medium enterprises need to use ERP. It is meaningfulto discuss theirs’ ERP selection and implementation as there is low success rate in our country.Based on small and medium enterprises’ characteristics and supply chain background, thepaper tried to research the ERP selection and application.Firstly, the paper made a distinction between normal SME and small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises with supply chain background, separated the later, and analyzedtheirs’ characteristics, analyzed theirs’ ERP selection and implementation key points togetherwith normal SME’s ERP application situation. Secondly, based on supply chain background,the paper researched the ERP selection and application key points for small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises. By contrast, the paper discussed the different system selectionrequirement and implementation demands of normal SME and small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises with supply chain background. From the supply chain developmentview, the paper analyzed the supply chain special demands of small and medium-sizedmanufacturing enterprises with supply chain background. The paper used QFD in systemselection. Then, the paper researched the application together with the supply chainbackground. The paper used ABC to find out one company’s key supplier and points out thelimitation of ERP with key partners’ system. Then based on the company’s total situation, thepaper discussed the limitation methods and BPR after limitation. Finally, the paper usedcompany T as an example, discuss its ERP project with supply chain background, contained system selection, important partner confirmation, situation analysis, integration and BPR.更多还原
